The way I see it, the teleport's a free action, separate from anything else he was doing on his normal action. We established a condition that, if the character was adjacent, he'd have to make a breakaway roll. But that has nothing to do with any other actions he may be taking before or after the free teleport action. Just that had he failed, he wouldn't have been able to do anything else, since it was just for the teleport.
Hm, Juggernaut's the obvious candidate to target, since I can replace VIolet directly. But with his Shellhead turned on, that's going to be tough. Unless...Prince Brion Markov will be the replacement. For the purpose, I'll give him Darkness Within.
THis is admittedly a long shot, but it's a positioning thing. Ch'p RS, taxiing Knot Top. Ch'p ends P6, dropping Knot Top in O6, and attacks Armor, AV9 on DV18 +1. Gets 4. That's okay. LIke I said, it was just to get positioned for my real target.
Brion uses his Outsiders TA on Juggernaut. Cancels out any bonuses. Uses Darkness Within on the Knot Top, attacks Juggs, AV10 on DV17
. Gets the 7. Impervious is 2. Wow. I was sure that was all going to fall apart somewhere. Complex plans usually do. 4 +1 for the Feat, -2 is 3 to Juggernaut. Also knocks off his Mystical Helmet.
Little I can do here without pushing. Selene tks Amadeus to E10.
He uses his Time to Calculate Trajectory sp and attacks Colossal Boy. Needs 5, rolls 10. 1 to C-Boy. Amadeus outwits Comedian's rce.
I suppose you'll push to cripple Juggy further. Might as well have Bonebreaker use the Reavers ta and rs to L4 attacking Geo-Force. Needs 6, rolls 7. 4 to Brion after pb. 1 to BB.
Armor lends Rogue her dv. Rogue steals Colossal Boy's quake.
Bonebreaker replies to Geo-Force, "It's going to keep coming all right," as the Outsider is bombarded with a flurry of blasts leaving him weak.
"What can I do to hurt a giant?" Amadeus Cho asks. He digs through his pockets looking for the best...something..."A laser blast...right to the top of the chest, where's he got a soft spot?".
So he would have needed to roll an 8 to hit Ch'p's 18DV. Looks like Cho could use his PC - reroll is a 4. Even had he hit. I don't know where you got the Psychic Blast bit from. Thinking of Skullbuster, maybe?

Knot Top on Juggernaut, AV7 on DV16. Gets 9. Amazing. Blades roll? A 6, but per his SP that's reduced to 3. 1 to Juggernaut after Invulnerable though.
You're right that Brion's going to push. On Juggs, using Darkness within on the Knot Top again. AV10 on DV16. Gets 7. 3 more to Juggernaut after Invulnerable.
COlossal Boy is helpless against Rogue and Armor. He'll try for breakaway. Gets 6. Shake-Off likewise does nothing to the girls. He Charges to G9 and with his giant reach can attack Cho. AV8 on DV16. Gets the 8, but Cho makes it a 6.
"I think you've finally met someone who can stop you, Juggernaut," Geo-Force said, pressing the attack.
"You'd like to think so," Juggernaut said, but he had been seriously hurt by his attacks, so much so that when the Knot Top lashed out at him with his knife, it actually cut him. "Aw, now that's just embarassing," the Juggernaut groaned.
"Shugah, there just ain't no escapin' me," says Rogue flying into Colossal Boy and kissing him.
Suddenly she grows at 10 feet. "Oh my, wouldn't ah be a star on the Knicks?".
"Anything's possible, Rogue," Psylocke says slamming into the Comedian with a psi-blast, "Hiding, running...against a telepath it's all a fool's game."
Karate Kid on Juggernaut, AV10 on DV15. Gets 12. Overkill. Juggernaut is KOd.
Ch'p to N6 to block his replacement, taxiing Knot Top to N5.
Crimson Avenger on Bonebreaker, AV9 on DV16. Gets 3. She really hasn't been working out for me at all.
Continuing to get through Watchmen, Mask-Killer comes in next, with Running Start. Takes the Teleporter to O12 and moves to N11, and Outwits Armor's Defend.
And my Legion theme continues with Sun Boy, and Ambidextrous. He'll RS to N9, attacking Rogue and Armor, AV10 on DV17 and DV18. Gets 6.

"Nothing stops the Juggernaut, huh? I guess I'll have to rename my fist 'nothing'," Karate Kid said, managing to find all of the Juggernaut's weak spots, leaving him stunned, and then like a felled tree, he went down hard.
"Hello ladies," Sun Boy said with his usual smarmy charm. "Either of you care to be shown a hot time?"
"Y'know, for someone from the future shugah, your pick-up lines are positively stone age," Rogue said.
"Ouch!" Sun Boy feigned being wounded. "But your choice." He poured out a wave of solar energy at them, but Armor took it all, without even breaking a sweat.
"Sorry, but I guess that's strike two for you," Armor told him.
Bonebreaker on Sun Boy. Has to rs to L8 to do it. Needs 7, rolls 6. Cho rerolls 7. 3 to Sun Boy. Hate to pick on him as he's a fun figure but the other big targets are too hidden.
I've spent a 1/2 hour trying to figure out who to bring in next. Elixir it is. He gets triage and tries to heal Magneto. Needs 7, rolls 7. Heal roll is 1. 'Natch.
