How about Hymie from Get Smart for TV Middile Weights? Bulletproof, super strong, but not the brightest bulb in the socket. Physically he could perhaps make the HW division, but in practice he fits the MW.
For videogames:
The Rookie - Halo:ODST as a LW.
Noble Six - Halo: Reach as a MW - He's a Spartan III, so not quite the Chief, but the only human sized entity in the Halo universe other than Chief to rate Hyper Leathal. Probably top of the MW division, but vs the Chief he would loose.
Should include on of the Ghost Recon guys in the MWs as well. Possibly Pepper, John Kozak, or Ghost Lead. Ultra modern spec ops soldiers with cloaking technology and advanced detection technology.
"Un-fun Dad, un-fun Dad,
He's so bad, he mak'a me mad
Un-fun Dad, un-fun Dad
He's a real cad, Un-fun Dad"

Just saw these videos of Hymie from Get Smart. Clearly he has no common sense, but he appears to be not as accident prone as Johnny 5 and Inspector Gadget as I imagined. Then again the video doesn't show too much how Hymie gets taken down or who he has taken down.
6:15 min at part 2 however is a good enough reason to vote for Flash against Hymie in their match. If Hymie is dumb enough to chase after Flash, he'll like deplete his power reserves and take himself out.
Speaking of video games, why is Worm listed as a LW on the lists posted previously here when he competed as a HW over at the actually TOC and don't see any ruling to bump him down?
Something I got to ask, I'm watching season four of Supernatural right now I wasn't even aware Sam developed powers that enabled him to vanquished demons just by concentrating.
What I'm wondering is why didn't Sam use these powers in the TV TOC particularly against them Beast in the Team TOC? He could've disposed of the opposing team's HW right there and led his team to victory. Would've been a lot more effective them trying to get the Beast to walk into a devil's trap.
Not about weight classes, but some of the matches themselves. Regarding the TV matches, if I was here during the first TV TOC, I could have helped Frankcastle argue in favour of TV Raiden. His first match was against Peter Petrelli and the same Peter was getting a beat down by speedster Daphne and was KO a few episodes later by getting smashed into a window. Raiden could easily replicate either of those two beatings and more.
His first team match was against Superman's team and I was watching Lois and Clark recently and would've brought up not only does his comic counterpart has trouble against skilled martial artists but so does the Lois and Clark version himself as shown in the episode "Chi of Steel" when he was bested by a ninja, and Raiden is more superpowered than either Karate Kid or that ninja from Lois and Clark.
I would also bring up that Sylar's original power does not work the way many people were claiming it would or even remotely close to it. I also approve of Flash beating Hymie and Castiel beating Glory. Borrowed the DVD of Flash and this version of Barry is pretty creative with the type of attacks he does and Hymie's flaws were already brought up earlier. Regarding Castiel vs Glory, Castiel's KO touch could very well work on Glory considering her consistent weakness in the series besides Ben was her mind and how much she kept on needing to absorb the mind juice in order to keep up her strength.
One more fight I forgot to mention was the Jim Powell vs Brennan Mulwray fight. Having seen both shows and liking No Ordinary Family more, I would've sided with Brennan. Jim as strong as he was, was a push over. Every superpowered foe he fought usually leveled him out at least once exception to Eric Balfour's Sabretooth inspired character. Among those foes included a pyro maniac character. And if a generic fire villain was able to beat Jim, a electric character who's also a martial artists who uses his powers better than said pyro character and has fought other superpowered characters should be able to get an easier win on Jim.
(For those who don't have a game next to them, please let me know if you remember them.
Okay I got to ask when were Shao Kahn and Shinnok ever used for a TOC? I know Kahn was used for the TV TOC, but this is the video game counterpart I'm talking about and never recall either of them competing.
Was looking up past matches and something that's massively coincidental in these TOC's and that's Swamp Thing in both the movie and TV TOCs not only pulls bad terrains in the first round of his fights, but his singles competition both took place in a airport of all places.
Though I will also say people didn't know some of Swamp Things powers from the 2nd movie. In his team battle against the Hulk, people didn't think he had telepathy or soothing powers, but he did! In the 2nd movie he made telepathic love with Heather Locklear and could've easily used to same trick to calm the Hulk down by making him think he was having happy times with Betty (or ScarJo as now is the case with the films). He also had the ability to not would fully reform himself from plant mush at night, but he can heal people too. He probably had a few more, but I haven't seen that film in years.
While I think Swamp Thing and Indiana Jones so could've came up with a plan to take down the Hulk, I would still vote for his team to lose mainly because the terrain pull was more horrible than normal. It was a military complex where there's little to no plants (maybe a few potted plants here and there), but Hulk had T-X as a teammate where the last time T-X was in a military facility, she had a army of machines trash the place and kill everyone. And Swamp Thing's healing abilities won't help when he's blown to bits by a plasma round.
If anyone still visits this thread, I got a question regarding Preacher. First season is over and where would people rank Jesse Custer armed for battle and the Saint of Killers?
Would Jesse armed for combat (so he'll likely have a machine gun, a side knife, maybe a small side arm and possibly a molotov cocktail) be more MW or HW?
Saint of Killers literally appeared in the last second of the season after getting his powers, but already he ends up surviving the town explosion and it's pretty obvious what his other power is considering he seemingly permanently killed the angel lady.
Do you have Tetsuo in the Heavy Weights ? And Kaneda in the light weights , both from "Akira"?
Roger Smith in Middle and Big O in Super Heavy.
Vash The Stampede Heavyweight
Princess Kitana Mortal Kombat for Lightweight.
Also, where does Maxamillion Pegasus stand on this with his Industrial Illusion hacked Island and Millennium Eye ?
Yugi''s puzzle provides a willpower although I still think he is lightweight.

Akira is the only character from the movie selected to my knowledge.
Roger Smith as in the alien from American Dad? Unless there are episodes I'm missing, that guy is weaker than Meg Griffin. I think his hilarious prison jail break is the only time he did anything combatwise.
I never even heard of Maxamillion Pegasus, where is he from?
