Eventually, the Enchantress returned, alone.

When she saw Blue Devil, she smirked a bit and then asked what happened. When she was told about the Ghost Rider she began to try to conjure a spell to take them all to retrieve him.

She failed.

The Demon Etrigan had been watching everything and offered to take them all to retrieve the Ghost Rider.

The group was reluctant; especially since the demon was unfettered by Jason Blood but ultimately decided to risk it.

Blue Devil, Ragman, the Enchantress (DC) and Blade allowed Etrigan to transport them to the Marvel Hell ------------------------- who gleefully left them there.

Day 29: Midevening; near a replicated city of Toronto, on an alternate Earth in an alternate reality.

Tasmia Mallor had been frustrated by the mysterious disappearance of several of her Legion teammates.

First it was the original big three; the founders of the Legion, Cosmic Boy, Lightning Lad and Saturn Girl.

Next it was Brainiac 5 and Chameleon Boy.

Finally, Wildfire disappeared.

None of them could be accounted for.

Nobody could find an answer to what happened to them.

Shadow Lass decided to try to find them herself and as she flew out into ther night, was taken by a rift in reality.

Felix Faust was bombastic! a sorceror and necromancer of his caliber ignomineously kidnapped to --- to ----- Toronto?


Why Toronto? What had just happened here?

Felix Faust was still trying to make sense of all this, not sure who to direct his anger at, when Shadow Lass arrived via the rift in reality.

Felix turned and assumed that she was a powerful Drow elf.

"You! you brought me here?"

Angrily, Faust began conjuring.

Shadow Lass correctly assumed that she was being threatened and drenched Felix in darkness which made it impossible for him to read his spell.

Shadow Lass could still see Felix Faust easily and flew in close and used the martial arts training given to her by Karate Kid to knock Felix Faust out.

Felix Faust was taken into custody when the Shield agents found him.

After Shadow Lass was identified, the Legion members were alerted and Wildfire came to collect her.

Shadow Lass was taken to the facility and introduced to Nick Fury, Cameron Chase and Mr. Terrific but was allowed to go to Legion HQ to receive her indoctrination about her new circumstances.

She was also introduced to Kid Quantum, who was familiar with Shadow Lass as Umbra but Tasmia had never met before.

Felix Faust came to in his cell in the facility and looked around. What had happened to him?

He was the most important sorceror of his time and he was trussed up like a common criminal?

How ignoble was that?

Across the hall he saw a pitiful dwarf; also locked up, snickering at his plight.

Eventually Zatanna turned up at the Oblivion Bar.

When she learned what Blue Devil had inadvertantly done; she summoned Dr. Strange, the Shaman and even Swamp Thing and the Man-Thing.

They used all their eldritch energy to open a door to the Marvel Hell, which was now one of several that seemed to permeate this new reality.

The Daniel Ketch Ghost Rider met them but refused to return as someone was needed to monitor this version of Hell.

So only Johnny Blaze returned with the others as they made their way back to the alternate Earth.

Felix Faust crouched in his cell and challenged the dwarf in the cell across from him when the Mandroid guards were away.

"Who are you?"

"You don't know me? Oh great and powerful wizard?" Dr. Psycho said mockingly.

Felix Faust swallowed and acknowledged he was at a disadvantage.

The dwarf cackled and answered, "Why I'm Dr. Psycho. The bane of Wonder Woman!"

With that, the little man fell into a fit of laughter.

After Dr. Psycho's foolish laughter subsided, Faust; who had saved a seed in a hollow tooth that enabled teleportation, nudged the artifact to trigger it.

He took the other prisoners with him that were locked up in the facility.

This included:

Dr. Psycho

Not one, but two Hyenas

Arclight, possiblly a clone

and Harpoon, also possibly a clone

In Shiar space, Captain Mar-Vell and Beta Ray Bill finally overcame Major Force and drove away the Parademons. Major Force and the General was still fuming about his banishment to a lonely asteroid .


They were now free to turn their attention to the invading force of the Saurians.

Etrigan; without Jason Blood to temper him, was proving to be a major headache. The mystical heroes vowed to stop trusting him.

Blue Devil confronted Ragman and the Enchantress.

Were they ready to restore Shadowpact?

After some dithering and dathering, the two agreed, offering to supplement the team with the Marvels. As it turned out, a bored Lobster Johnson wanted in too. A ghost wanted to join them. Who knew?

Meanwhile Rpbin and Elongated Man were having a a contest to see who was a better detective.

Both were on the trail to find what villains might have appeared together with Adam Strange.

Each one had indepentantly found evidence of trace amounts of the substance that gave Clayface II his powers, but Robin made the mistake of declaring it material from Ultimate Clayface.

Elongated Man erroneously capitulated and Robin (Tim Drake) made a very rare miscalculation.

They had no idea that Matt Hagen was on the loose again.

Shadow Lass decided that she would need to be available for her people on Talok VIII. She went there accompanied by Wildfire and Kid Quantum. Cosmic Boy wanted Tasmia to become acquainted with Jazmin since the latter was from an alternate Legion reality.

Shadow Lass was a bit suspicious of the stranger.

Felix Faust found a hidden tower deep in the heart of the Congo. This was where he was a top wizard of the lost civilization of Kor centuries ago.

He cast a spell on the two Hyenas, trapping them in their bestial form permanently. He then assigned them to guard his tower from the outside.

He turned to address Dr. Psycho, Arclight and Harpoon.

He made no bones about who was in charge. The others would obey Faust in any circumstance or suffer Hellish consequences. After demonstrating some of his power, the others readily agreed to serve under him. Though Dr. Psycho privately plotted to get away somehow.
