With 20 players, 11 is needed for a majority. Just over 2 hours left.
Regarding the titles... yes, I do like my puns Sometimes the titles mean something, sometimes not. This one was inspired by the 100 Bullets TPB of the same title (100 Bullets trades all have a number pun)
"Why would the possibility of me being wrong ever stop me from doing something?"

D2: Silence Falls
The dead bodies began to slowly pile, but they did not lead to a sense of urgency to solve the crimes. As the sun set, those bearing ill-malice could do nothing but slyly grin.
Day 2 Is Over! No Lynch has occured. You have 24 hours to get actions in.
"Why would the possibility of me being wrong ever stop me from doing something?"
In the middle of the night, a clanging sound could be heard, almost rhythmic. Metal on metal, as sparks lit up the night, a serious woman approached the sound. The person hammering stopped, and lifted their faceplate, looking at the visitor. “Well, hi there.”
“Ummm… hi.”
The two stared at eachother for a few seconds in silence, then the visitor left.
Shrugging their shoulders, they went back to work.

The young man ventured out for the evening, unaware of his fate. The bar seemed to have been a happening spot the prior night, and he had a feeling he could learn some things, even if it wasn’t really his scene. He ordered a fruity drink, and went to the far corner, alone. He sat his drink down and pulled out what appeared to be a large poster and hung it up. As he stared at the wall, he didn’t see the sultry blond walk behind him, nor see her little wave in his direction.
Transfixed with what he hung for a few more minutes, he eventually took it off the wall and downed his drink in one gulp. He hustled quickly out of the bar, and as he opened the door, he grasped his stomach in pain. “That’s not good.” He took two more steps out onto the sidewalk, and came face to face with a futuristic weapon. “What’s that do?”
A split second later, an energy blast lit up the night, striking him, utterly disintegrating him in his place.

MSU has been killed! No trace of his remains can be found.
With 19 players remaining, 10 is needed for a majority. You have 24 hours.

Am I correct in assuming that people are not told if they're misdirected? And can one be misdirected even if they don't actually do anything during a given night?
Misdirected if they did nothing? That type of power is normally reserved for CMDs. Normal MD wouldn't do anything.
My point is that I'm pretty sure I see myself in the writeup - killing MSU, no less - despite the fact that I actively chose not do anything last night.
Which means I think that someone secretly controlled me somehow to make me kill MSU.
I don't know if it's suppose to disintegrate, but yes, I have a futuristic weapon. One that specifically peaks my interest given the question of “What’s that do?”

There have been roles that can basically get someone else to do the kill for them. It's very rare though, because it is very potent.
Well, it's possible I'm just reading into the writeup wrong, but I have a gut feeling that the person seen killing MSU is me somehow.
If anyone targeted me last night got information about the situation or otherwise has any information about anyone else targeting me, that could be a really good place to start asking questions if we don't have anything else to go on. That, alongside anyone who might have anything on MSU.
