We've already got Hero claimed and it seems like Yorrick has been claimed as well. That leaves only one Brown left who I don't really think would show up in this game. Who exactly are you claiming?
Do you have a solid reason as to why she wouldn't be here? Or just speculation? This is a yes or no question, no need to give away more info than asked.

But I suppose I should assume now that no one's going to let up until I do a full roleclaim, which I was hoping to avoid since it eventually killed me in the last game, and I've been working to disguise.
I'm Secretary of the Interior Jennifer Brown, Yorrick and Hero's mama. My government position allows me to double-vote, but only if I spend a night action to "convince" someone to give me their vote. Which I didn't do last night.

Just speculation and she did not turn out to be as important I the story as I originally thought she was going to be.
I don't know... knowing the mafia theme (because you're mafia) should give you a huge idea as to the town theme in a game like this. It's not like there's 100 major characters to choose from here. And we know the ninja chick is either the SK or scum. I am 99% sure a game this size will not have a vig.
I suppose I could see Alter as a BH though, since someone mentioned the BH earlier. Which makes you outting yourself gratuitously all the worse.
It wasn't gratuitously (especially as I don't think I'd just said "Screw it" in depression at that point yet).
It was to stick up a potential Town member and when I'm Town, I put their win over a personal win. That's how the Town succeeds.
"Nobody important? That's amazing. You know, in 900 years of traveling time and space I've never met someone who wasn't important."

How do you go about "convincing" someone to you their vote? Are you actually stealing someone's vote? Is the mod contacting someone to see if they'll give up their vote? Or is it done in some other way? Do you have a way to prove this or is this just a nice, no way to check, fake claim. Cause yeah, as Yorrick's mother, I wouldn't think you would be wondering if Yorrick was mafia.
As I said, I was working on the assumption that Yorrick wasn't Mafia, because duh, I'm his mom. But The Darkstone raised the question, and I started wondering if kontrol maybe had some kind of wacky twist like that going on. It was just conjecture and spitballing. I mean, the TV game had a crazy cult and what-not, so I don't really know what to expect.
And yes, I just steal votes, but that's not how the government would phrase it, y'know. I can steal someone's vote tonight, if you need proof, I suppose.
And it was sufficient as Truffles did remove her vote.
Is ICE's lone vote suddenly some emergent situation? What happened here is that they got into some pissing contest for god knows what reason, and Rokk decided to win it by saying "hey, I'm he hero of the story," and IMO that was unnecessary. Then again, maybe that was Ice's intention all along...

No, I think that was all real hurt feelings and such that hopefully is smoothed over after a night of sleeping on it.
I'd hate to think that 'manufacture a RL-sounding beef and make everyone else feel bad and awkward' would become an acceptable game-ploy to keep people from voting against you.
