Sure, Vincent looks cool, but, stat-wise, he's pretty much inferior to Tifa.

Tifa has more strength, hp, mp, and magic...but Vincent looks ####ing cool. I didn't use either in my last run through it...

Shame on you all. I just looked through the last handful of pages, and I see no mention of Final Fantasy III for the DS.

Old school FF? Portable? YES PLEASE.

Is it FF III or FF VI (US FF III)?

The real, Japanese FFIII.

NOTE: They're remaking FFIII for the DS. Think polished FFVII graphics with pre-FFVII game play. FFVI is being ported to the GBA straight up.

That reminds me that I have FF II & III (Jap-Eng trans) ROMs that I have never really played. Maybe they'll be next after Morrowind.

Looking forward to III, actually. It's the only FF I've not played yet.

Yeah, It kinda depends on the game.

For VII I use Yuffie and Tifa. Yuffie becomes a "mage" loaded up with magic magicite, kept back so she won't die.


But yeah, I use later characters. Sometimes its hard to put all of em into a party. Something I liked about VI was the multi-party sections, where you needed to use more than four characters.

That was the first one with the job system in it wasn't it?

I'm all over that when it comes out.


Oh, and I'm a 19 Blue Mage in XI now. Its starting to be a real fun class.

My 7 party is Cloud, Cid, and Barret.

I think they're all cool, and they have multiple hitting Limit Breaks.

My FF7 crew is Vincent, RedXIII, Cloud. I've always wanted to try the gameshark trick to play Sephiroth but i never got one.

And I thought I was being ignored...

Well... I make a killer flan... then that might change the way you look at them :D
