Come on, guys, she rocks !
OK she may not be exactly made the way you would have made her, but still : she's looks great for her points. 10 attack and 3 damage at 8 range with Stealth for 69 pts is already good, but with PC on top of it it's just get awesome !
And as for her SP, it might be situational at best, but at least in Golden Age you can play "Great Arena" BFC to get the best of it.
You know everyone loves to be the villain. Hugh Grant
i don't think so
Sharpshooter should be the exclusive asset of characters like Balistic, Cyclops, Bulleye
Because it's *their* power to be amazingly good at it

3) She should have some sort of probability control as a trait. It doesn't have to be a full blown prob, but it should be free from the threat of outwit. Domino doesn't really control her luck powers, they work with instinct. So a permanent prob only for her rolls or rolls against her makes the most sense. This would also free up her damage slot for her to have a different power there (like range combat expert, or maybe enhancement to represent her support fire while on a range team)
No, again
Outwit is sometimes used to represent really intelligent minds, and those minds can use the way Domino's power is "natural" and "uncontrolled" to put her in situations where it will not trigger or not help her at all.
It's like in MINORITY REPORT when they use the way people see the future to hide a murder... Dr Doom is genius enough to find a way where Domino's luck will not help her, or worse, will make her be in greater danger... i'm sure he can.

4) The special power is kinda cool, but how often is it really gonna come into play?
Doesn't care if it triggers seldomly
It's great and scary, and i will be so happy when it does trigger
The only question is "how much did she paid in points to have it"
And we don't know
But she worth her points for me. Even without this power.
She is a great fig.
So that's a "bonus"
and a nice bonus
I think she's too good. With the new emphasis on six-click dials, she becomes a one-shotting machine. In the comics, her power doesn't typically let her put Wolverine down in a single shot.
I'd have liked her a lot more if it was a trait that said "Domino and any adjacent friendly characters automatically re-roll a critical miss." That and a few clicks of real prob on top of it would be much more balanced, imho.

Wolverine either goes toe-to-toe with big boys like the Hulk or gets immediately curb stomped by someone's irate grandmother. It sucks to be the obligatory big name character with a writer who may not care for said character very much...
There are only 4 of them so they are the same rarity as the four Spidermen from WoS. (I.E. almost exactly SR rarity)
The Spider-Men (Spider-Mans?) in WoS were just regular SRs.
You're good. But I'm magic!

The problem is that a lot of new players come from the "race generation" they want to define their worth by the "skill" they posses in playing a game of toy soldiers.

Worf syndrome at it's finest.
