I'm neutral. I'm with nobody. And I win by surviving to the end of the game.

If I wasn't Gangles like I claimed, then what possible character could I be that would explain me being able to give the entire town the 'Wahh' and 'Gangles' post restriction, especially with the write-ups surrounding it?

I believe it was Darq who said that if I'm not who I claim to be, I've done a really good job of roleclaiming it.

I think it was E.R.R. I think one of the Rs was for Rexinator, but I'm not sure. The write-up went out of the way to say that Rexinator did not have arms, and stan had already lost his arms.

Also, Inferno was a transformer with two flame-throwers in Beast Wars that was sadistic and such. That fits your character and what we have seen of him.

Rexinator had no limbs,
ERR had legs.

My character clearly wasn't a robot.

Either Calmnic is out of power or he really is allowing it as inevitable.

Calmnic is totally anti-town, what with his vote nullification. As a defender of the town and its upstanding citizens of this burnt out island, I feel no choice but to Vote: Calmnic

I feel that even though my character has died, he will enjoy that the island is probably going to burn.

Town, if you somehow survive after killing me I wish you good luck. I still want to see my team win even if it doesn't seem likely.

____ Big Red pushed past the fire into the clearing, where the tough man was sitting on a rock and gazing into the flames.

____ "You son of a bltch. You did this didn't you?" Said Big Red. "You lit the whole island on fire!"

____ The tough man took a swig from his flask. "You're back huh? It was just a matter of time, I suppose."

____ The tough man didn't move, not even when the red fist slammed into his face. He fell back to the ground with Big Red on top of him, slamming his fists into the man's head.

____ "You've killed everyone else on the island, you and this damn flamethrower!"

____ The tough man started to laugh. His teeth were red with blood. "So you decided to give me some justice huh? I gotta pay for my crimes and all that. That how it is, red?"

____ Another punch. "The burnt bodies. The smell of flesh burning wherever I go. You did that, you did all of this. I'm a monster hunter, and on this island of monsters, you're the biggest of 'em all."

____ "Nah," said the tough man, spitting out a tooth. "You got it all wrong, red. I never did this. Never killed anyone. But you're not here to believe that. You're here for justice. Shlt you wanna talk about monsters then here's the truth; we're the monsters here. Every one of us. We play like superheroes play. We try to save lives, big mother####ers like you try to stop the bad guys. But you know what the difference between us and those things in the dark are? We're the ones wearing masks."

____ "Shut up, or I'll shut you up."

____ " 'Cause inside, inside where we chain up who we really are, we're all just mindless, obsessive, killers. Just itchin' for an excuse to let go. We hunt the monsters and then we become them, and someone hunts us in turn. It's a joke, don't you get it? It's all a joke."

____ A punch knocked him back down. Then another, and another.

____ "I'm nothing like you."

____ Big Red kept punching the man responsible for so many lost lives. After a while, he was just punching wet chips of bone into the rock.

____ "Monster."

You have 24 hours.

____ They stood on the flat peak of the mountain, at the highest point of the island. There was a chill in the air. It seemed odd, with the fire raging down below.

____ "So then who is the Last Son? Why did he abandon Kryptala?" Asked Deadhawk. His tattered red robes fluttered in the breeze.

____ "Why do you care?" said Inferno. "What is with this obsession, Hawky? Some guy doesn't show up to a party and 'oh no lets spend the rest of my life trying to figure out why.' Did you go crazy again?"

____ "Stop it. I didn't care until I found documents in Luthor's Mansion that talked about the Last Son and the blood monsters. I recognized their names, one of them was Desperado. That's not crazy. Then a note on Luthor's dead body led me here and it mentioned you by name. That's not a coincidence because here we are. Does that sound crazy to you?"

____ "Yeah, batshlt." Inferno laughed.


____ Deadhawk and Psynox stood on the Eastern side of the peak. There was some chatter sounding up from the opposite end.

____ "Oh good, the rest of our guests have arrived."

____ From the West side of the peak, two men slowly levitated up past the cliff face and stepped onto the flat mountaintop.

____ "You really need to teach me that spell sometime," said Cypress.

____ "Look," Afterthought pointed to Inferno and the others.

____ "Deadhawk! You left me to die. I'll kill you!"

____ "You tried that already!" Shouted Deadhawk. "And how'd that work out for you?"

____ "Well this time I'll make sure I finish the job!"

____ "I love the drama." Said Inferno. "There's still one more though."


____ From the South side of the peak, something groaned. Everyone heard the groans as they grew closer and louder. Eventually a massive red hand grabbed the peak and a red man pulled himself onto the flat surface.

____ "I hate climbin'" said the red man.

____ "Big Red, you okay mate?" Asked Afterthought. He ran over to the only other living member of the Dark Covenant.

____ "Yeah, fine. Got the bastard that torched the forest."

____ "Uh. You mean this bloke?" Afterthought pointed to the fiery figure.

____ Inferno waved.

____ "I... think I messed up."


____ "Now that we're all reacquainted, it's time to do your little hero crap and try to fight me. So go on, make my day. I'm shivering with anticipation."

____ "Hey this is easy, we'll kill him and still have time for lunch!"

____ "Psynox wait!"

____ She charged forward and extended a blade of fire from her fist.

____ Inferno watched, with a smirk underneath his helmet.

____ She raised the blade and struck him right in the head. There wasn't even a scratch.

____ "Oh, tough break. But you do get this consolation price." He grabbed her by the neck, slammed her into the ground and then pinned her with his foot.

____ "Now burn."

____ "Kill him!" Shouted Afterthought. He and Big Red ran forward. Cypress meanwhile raised his arm cannon and Deadhawk unhooked his sniper rifle.

____ "Five on one really doesn't sound like fair odds now does it? Hey Rex!"

____ From a cave in the mountain, a limbless dinosaur emerged. It flew in from behind the remaining members of The Dark Covenant.

____ "Rexinator terrorize!" Big Red and Afterthought turned around. Something with the head of a tyrannosaurus, and tiny wings like a wasp, bit into the red man's shoulder and threw him to the ground.


____ "Get off of us!" Shouted Psynox, she tried to whip her enemy with fiery webs.

____ Meanwhile, Deadhawk and Cypress fired on Inferno. The fiery figure stumbled a bit towards the edge of the mountain.

____ "Keep shooting and we can blast him right off."

____ "Well, duh."

____ "I like the enthusiasm, but you haven't met my newest friend."

____ Something black and pointed flew through the air and knocked the sniper rifle clear from Deadhawk's grip. Then another hit Cypress in the shoulder, causing him to cry out in pain and lower his arm.

____ "Wahh!" Shouted a mysterious voice.

____ Something backflipped in front of Inferno. He was a smaller figure, maybe around five feet. He wore purple armor and had a big, ugly mouth. In his gangly hands were two black pointed objects.

____ "Wahh! It's Gangles time!"


____ Psynox kicked Inferno in the back of the leg, and then squirmed out of his hold. She put her hand to her temple, hoping to confuse her enemy, but all of her attempts seemed to be blocked by Inferno's suit.

____ There's no way we can win. Maybe we should run.

____ Can't. Nowhere to go.

____ Well we can't win this fight.

____ I know. Sorry about this.

____ Wait, what are you doing?

____ Psynox spread her arms as the demon slowly detached itself from her body.

____ The black ooze moved across the ground, reared up in front of Inferno, and then fired itself right into the firey figure.

____ There was a pause as neither Inferno nor the black ooze did anything. Then, like dirty water on a window, the ooze slowly slipped down the containment suit.

____ "Well that was disgusting," Inferno blasted both Lock and Hellspawn (who once made up Psynox). The two were knocked out.


____ "No," said Deadhawk. "You don't get to win." He took a jagged knife out of a holster on his ankle and he ran forward towards Inferno. A purple foot smacked him in the face.

____ Deadhawk stopped. "Who are you? Why are you protecting this monster?"

____ "Who am I? Wahh? Who am I? Gangles is a silent guardian, a watchful protector...a...number one winner!"

____ A Ganglerang knocked the knife out of Deadhawk's hand.


____ "This is taking too long," said Inferno. As Afterthought and Big Red fought against Rexinator, Inferno aimed his palm. "Fire in the hole!" He shouted.

____ Rexinator flew straight up, but the others had nowhere to go. A seering ball of flame hit them both.

____ When the smoke cleared, Big Red was sitting on the ground holding Afterthought. The man in the trenchcoat was badly burned.

____ "Jason," whispered the burnt man. "This is our fault. If we'd never opened that bloody portal..."

____ "Nah, we were tryin' to do good."

____ "Hell is paved with...good intentions." The man stopped breathing. The cigarette fell from his mouth.






____ Big Red laid him on the ground and started walking towards Inferno.

____ "You wanna play with fire? Come on then, what're you gonna do to me? I'm fireproof."

____ He quickened his pace.

____ "Come on! Shoot me! Hit me with a goddamn fireball! I'm gonna beat you into a pulp!"

____ He started running.

____ "I'm firepr-"

____ Big Red stumbled to one knee. Smoke spread up from his burning back.

____ "But not acid proof."

____ In the air, Rexinator floated in his robotic form. He was holding a smoking blaster.

____ "Rexinator beat you." The robot fired the blaster three more times, until parts of Big Red's rib cage burst through the other end and whatever was left slumped to the ground.






____ Cypress slammed his other fist against Inferno. Nothing. He did it again. Nothing.

____ "Fight me!" Shouted Cypress.

____ Inferno only laughed.

____ "Just blast me with your cannon, Cy. You can do it, I believe in you!"

____ Despite the mockery, Cypress still tried to raise his injured arm. He struggled.

____ "Nooo, that's not how you do it. Here, let me show you."

____ Inferno grabbed the arm-cannon and lifted the man into the air. Cypress screamed from the strain on his shoulder.

____ "I have a cure for the pain," said the fiery figure. He held onto his arm with one hand, and grabbed his shoulder with the other. Then, with great strength, he pulled.

____ Cypress screamed in agony.

____ Inferno pulled, and then wrenched the arm right off.

____ Cypress, now with only one arm, hit the ground and blacked out.


____ Deadhawk breathed heavily. He surveyed the battlefield. Afterthought was dead. Big Red was dead. Psynox's halves were unconscious. Cypress was bleeding out and unconscious. Rexinator and Gangles stood next to Inferno.

____ "I can't believe it...we lost."

____ "You did. But don't feel too bad, you're not going to die yet. If it were up to me, I would've killed you when you first got here. But Desperado wants you alive. You're going to get to compete."

____ "Compete? Compete in what?"

____ "The Games, silly. You and armless here are the only ones to ever escape him. He wants to see how you'll do in The Pit. But don't worry, your buddy the Last Son will be there."

____ Before Deadhawk could say anything else, Gangles knocked him out with a swift headbutt.


____ The three figures stood on the top of the mountain admiring a job well done.

____ "What about these Gangles?" asked Gangles, nudging the two that once made up Psynox.

____ "Rexinator can kill her."

____ "Nah, I liked her reckless stupidity. We'll take them too."

____ Inferno took a device out from his suit and placed it in the centre of the mountain. He pressed a button and the device emitted a purple vortex that swirled and pulsated. The three figures, each carrying one of the unconscious heroes, entered the portal in turn. Once they were gone, the device self-destructed.




____ Deadhawk could see flickers of movement. Lights. His eyes were too heavy to keep open. He was being carried somewhere. Stairs. The stench of urine.

____ Darkness again.

____ He was dumped onto a stone floor and awoke. Everything ached.

____ "What..." he moaned. "Where am I?"

____ Someone stood before him. He could only see their pointed boots.

____ "You're home." Said the person. Her voice dripped with hatred, yet it seemed so familiar.

____ Deadhawk tried to focus his eyes, but he was too dizzy.

____ Someone pulled him up, dragged him towards a window. He was up very high, maybe a tower.

____ "What is this...?" he asked. The land was scorched. Lifeless. A large Colosseum had been built in the distance. Bigger than anything he'd ever seen.

____ At that moment he remembered the voice, and a chill ran through him. "The Brood Queen."

____ She put her hand on his back.

____ "Welcome, to Battle Planet."
