For the record, I wasn't actively trying to help the Mafia win that game, though I do fully recognize how it might have appeared that way.
Frankly, it's probably more poor planning, not thinking my actions all the way through, and looking to have fun with my powers more than focusing on long-term strategy more than anything.

Not actively trying, perhaps, but certainly actively helping!
Looks like my two night actions were right on point...
Night 1: blocked gfish
Night 2: kidnapped Aranatta
Would have gone for K-Ness next.
By the way, unlynchable roles are no fun for the game as a whole. Supermajority, sure. An extra life, sure. Completely unlynchable? No. Just no. Interested to see the roles though.

Second.
Congrats to the winners, especially gfishfunk. Well played. You were on my radar when I died, but I suppose that's part of why I died.

I'll third this. Especially since apparently there was apparently absolutely 0 way to get around the whole immortality thing to boot.
The worst part was the way K-Ness was able to win in spite of hardly ever showing up and going several days without any posts at all.
With sstralkowski it was amusing, especially all the death posts we got out of it.
You are Cymric – Town: X-League. [Daken / Catman]
Real Name: Akihiro Blake
Origin: Earth-55
_____You never knew who your father was, but that didn’t stop you from becoming a great hunter and investigator. You don’t trust people due to not really having much of a family growing up, so you’ve learned to study people and notice things about them that others wouldn’t. You joined the X-League when you heard the rumours, as you always wanted a place to belong and meet others like yourself.
Enhanced Senses: Your natural senses are much better than the average person’s. Combined with your intellect and naturally curiosity you’re able to study people and figure out things that others wouldn’t through subtle tells and stealth. During the night, you can be either a power cop or an alignment cop.
Healing Factor: You are immune to the following: being weakened, having your vote altered and being recruited.
You are Skater Boy: Town. [Casey Jones / Zoom]
Real Name: Casey Zolomon
Origin: Earth-8668
_____You are a teenager of eighteen with incredible speed, and unmatched skateboarding skills. In your reality you were very well known and could perform even the most dangerous of tricks. However you had your secrets. You would go out at night looking for robbers or killers and you’d smack them with a baseball bat, or a hockey stick, at high speed. This would usually send them spinning and dizzy, firing in any direction. Now you’re here in this new place and you can’t wait for a slapshot.
Baseball Bats, Hockey Sticks and Gold Clubs: You are a random misdirector. You can choose up to four targets for your night action, but each action will have its accuracy reduced by 25% per extra action.
So the first action has 100% accuracy. Two actions will each have 75% accuracy. Three actions will each have 50% accuracy. Four actions will each have 25% accuracy.
Slapshot: Once in the game, instead of your other action, you can control misdirect one target.
You are Thrush – Town: X-League. [Groot / Robin (Tim Drake)]
Real Name: Drake G
Origin: Earth-55
_____You are Thrush. You once had a friend named Blast Bat, but she was killed in New York City. You didn’t know it then, but over time the memories have resurfaced and you miss her greatly. The trauma from her lost has rendered you unable to say anything but, “I am Thrush” which is what you used to jokingly say to her. You joined the X-League alongside Cypress and you’re hoping to make sure you never lose anyone again.
Tree Friend: Step in front of an ally and take the hit instead. Choose a target during the night, and if that target is killed you will die instead.
I Am Thrush: Whenever you die you will return two days later. So if you die on Night Two you will return at the end of Night Four. There are some out there that can prevent this, so be careful.
Hybridity Veteran: Your character has won Hybridity before (game six) and so you also have the following bonus ability:
Stranglethorns and Smoke Bombs: Instead of being a bodyguard, you can choose to jailkeep your target.
You are Scorch – Town: X-League. [The Comedian / Pyro]
Real Name: Edward Allerdyce
Origin: Earth-55
_____You are a brutal soldier that many have called a sociopath. Maybe it’s the giant flamethrower you carry around with you. Maybe it’s the cigars. Maybe it’s the lighting of the cigars with the burning flesh of your enemies. Who’s to say. You heard about the X-League and decided that this would give you a greater opportunity to burn people than working alone. Sure, you won’t just attack innocent bystanders, but if they try and stop you then they better hope they’re fireproof.
Intimidating Stature: Your gruff and brutish behaviour is enough to scare off even the strongest of warriors. Whenever votes are cast upon you during the day phase, say something intimidating in bold such as, “Back off!” and all votes will be removed. This can be used as many times as you like, which if you time it right can make you unlynchable.
Flamethrower: Choose a target during the night to blast with your flamethrower and they will be lit on fire. Characters on fire are easier to hit, which means anyone else targeting your target will be guided. Also, your target will require two less votes to be lynched during the following day phase.
You are Afterthought – Town: The Dark Covenant. [The Seance / John Constantine]
Real Name: John Klaus
Origin: Earth-211
_____You weren’t originally from this reality, but ten years ago you found yourself here. You met a man once known as Brand and the two of you quickly became best friends. A few years later Brand was killed in a car accident. You couldn’t take living without him, so you learned to communicate with him after death, and eventually you discovered a spell to bring him back. Although a piece of your soul was required for the spell, which meant it could only be done very rarely. As a user of dark magic, you decided to create The Dark Covenant for others like yourself and your friend. Recently The Dark Covenant brought forth an ancient demon known as Baal-Berith with a combined summoning of all your members. It was a mistake, and now the demon is going to slaughter you all unless you can stop it.
Mind If We Chat?: Talking to the dead is what you do best. During the night you may send one message to a dead player. You will receive one message back at the end of the night phase.
Summoning: One time during the game, instead of your other night action, you may bring a player back from the dead.
You are The Woodcutter: Town. [Geppetto (Fables) / Will Magnus]
Real Name: Mr. Magnus
Origin: Earth-1001
_____You are a grumpy old man who was never able to have children of his own. Your wife died a decade ago and you decided to walk into the nearby forest and never return. There, you discovered that some of the trees in the forest had been blessed by magic or some sort of spell. Well naturally you had to cut them down. You carved Mappol to keep you company, and by some miracle the marionette came to life. Good, now you can keep those damn kids off your lawn.
Wooden Men: There’s magic in the wood you use to carve your masterpieces. Over the years you’ve carved a total of six wooden men to serve you, each named after the different pieces you used for carving. Every night you may give one of your wooden men a night action as listed below. In addition to this, your vote during the day is equal to half of the number of your remaining wooden men, rounded down. Negative results occurred from your own targeting will not affect you and will instead affect the wooden man you used for that action (a PGO for example will kill your wooden man not you). Every time you are targeted for a nightkill, three of your wooden men will protect you and be destroyed instead. Although fire-based attacks will override this and still kill you.
1) Mappol: Mappol is the oldest and will ramble on to your target, which will drag them.
2) Cherry, the Charmer: Cherry will seduce your target, blocking them for the night.
3) Oaker: Oaker is tall and strong and will protect your target, and die in their place if attacked.
4) Ashland: Ashland is very mysterious and will easily track your target.
5) Wally Walno: Wally is, well, special…Your target will hit Wally instead of their original target.
6) Monsieur Mah: Mah is sophisticated and suave, and will find out a power that your target has.
You are Anna Stonefist: Town. [Haley Starshine / Elsa Bloodstone]
Real Name: Anna Stonefist
Origin: Earth-99
_____You are a girl in her late teens that loves to kill monsters. On your world the monster’s rule and you have no trouble taking them down and smashing them with your bare hands. Some call you a rogue, because you tend to work in stealth and are usually quick to attack. You’re not sure how you arrived in this reality, but you remember a portal and being kicked into it. Well lucky for you there’s lots of monsters here to kill. I know, you’re ecstatic.
A Power For Every Plot Device: There is so much you can do, especially if the plot calls for it. Right now you don’t have a power, but as soon as someone dies you will inherit their entire power set, and you can then use those powers from that point forward.
Check for Traps: You are immune to PGOs.
Sneak Attack: Choose a target during the night and you will block them. This can only be used on the first night.
You are Paradox: Town. [Rorschach / Blade]
Real Name: Walt Brooks
Origin: Earth-55
_____This is a #### world, filled with #### people. The atrocities that the average human being is capable of is astonishing to you. So you hunt them, the bad ones. The ones that are animals. They fear you when you approach, sword in hand, fangs drawn. They deserve it. There’s no point in worrying about monsters and demons. Sure, you’ll kill them, but it’s humans you should be wary of. They hide their true natures behind masks. Masks off.
Investigate: You are a stealthy investigator, especially when it comes to finding out who someone is. During the night, you can clue cop a target.
The Hunger: No one knows the truth, but you are part vampire. You can walk in the sunlight, but you still need to feed. There’s a chance that you may feed upon your night target and kill them. Or worse. Being targeted by a doctor or voting out mafia will temporarily satisfy you, however the longer you go without feeding the higher a chance you’ll feed off your target.
Spoiler (Click in box to read)
5% base chance + 5% for each day that passes without a lynch or being targeted by Azure, at night.
You are The Slayer: Town. [Buffy / Huntress (Helena Bertinelli)]
Real Name: Helena Summers
Origin: Earth-752937
_____On your world you are a vampire slayer. Usually you come across monsters as well, and you slay those too. You have a group of friends that usually help you but it doesn’t look like anyone fell into the portal like you did. You hope they’re okay back in Gothamdale. You’re seventeen years old and still in highschool, and all you want is to be a normal girl. But everyone knows that no one slays things better than you do.
Mr. Pointy: Killing things, especially monsters, is what you do best. You are a vigilante.
Morals and Ethics: For every member of the town you nightkill you will gain a 10% chance to fail with your night actions. Being part of a lynch that kills a member of the town will contribute 5%. So if you “accidentally” murder four innocent townspeople and help to lynch two, then you will only have a 50% chance of succeeding each night thereafter.
Screw Research, I’m Going Patrolling: Instead of killing a target, you can choose instead to track them.
You are Astro Bear: Town. [Ursa Major / Red Star]
Real Name: Rawrr
Origin: Earth-55
_____You once belonged to a circus in Russia, before “accidentally” biting your trainer’s head off, mercilessly tearing apart the other workers, and freeing the other animals. Since then you’ve decided to fight the evil of this world. You were born with enhanced abilities that you don’t understand, and in time you’ve even learned how to speak. Others have referred to you as a hero, but you’re just eliminating scum.
Brutal Strike: Attack your foe with powerful, rampaging claws and then toss them at another like a baseball. Choose two targets during the night, whoever targets the second target will instead target the first.
Unmatched Strength: You don’t try to viciously mangle your targets but things… happen. Occasionally you’ll be informed that you mangled your target. Mangled targets will be lynched with one less vote than normal. This can stack and is permanent. This will only affect your first target.
You are Lil’ Prodigy: Town. [Barry Ween / Franklin Richards]
Real Name: Franky Bean
Origin: Earth-9336
_____You are a boy genius, and filled with immense power only limited by your imagination. And, since you have a very extensive and active imagination, your power appears to be limitless. You don’t know much about your birth, other than being an orphan and not knowing who your parents were. In time you took to science and engineering to feel less lonely in the world, and now you are an accomplished scientist with several Nobel prizes. Also, you’re ten.
The Ultimate Inventor: There’s nothing you can’t make. During the night, choose any standard power and you can use it (except for kills). Once a power has been used it can’t be used again.
Genius Intellect: What? You already have all the powers, you don’t get more!
You are Mistress Monster – Town: The Dark Covenant. [Sabrina Spellman / Tala]
Real Name: Sabrina
Origin: Earth-559
_____You are a witch and for the last five years you have been a member of The Dark Covenant. Before that, you lived in a world full of witches, demons, warlocks and monsters which of course made life very difficult. Communication really is the best policy, and what better way to communicate than through telepathy, maybe then you can find some allies or a potential husband. Recently The Dark Covenant brought forth an ancient demon known as Baal-Berith with a combined summoning of all your members. It was a mistake, and now the demon is going to slaughter you all unless you can stop it.
Spell of Telepathy: Choose a living target during the night and you can send them a message. They may respond back, but can only respond once at the end of the night phase.
Spell of Mass Telepathy: Instead of choosing one target during the night, you can put a message into the writeup for anyone to see. It will be made clear that this section is by a player.
Time to Get Married: Choose two targets during the night phase instead of performing another action. They will be mason’ed together. This can only be used once, and can include yourself.
You are Azure, the Marvelous: Town. [Icon / Blue Marvel]
Real Name: Adam Arnus
Origin: Earth-55
_____You are a famous superhero and a celebrity in Hollywood. You heard about an island of monsters from one of your superhero friends that was going to check it out, and you decided that someone might get hurt and you’d better go as well. You are righteous and always looking to do the right thing, even if it lands you danger sometimes.
Protector and Healer: You are a natural born hero and a protector of everything good in the world. Choose a target during the night and you will doctor them. This will protect them from kills, PGOs and cult recruitments.
Super Speed: You have a 20% chance to dodge a night action. This can only occur once but will be rolled for each action that targets you.
You are Dead Thing – Town: The Dark Covenant. [Dead Girl / Deadman]
Real Name: You can’t remember
Origin: Earth-55
_____ You and your best friend, Afterthought, are the founders of The Dark Covenant. You were killed on your way home from work in a car accident, and your friend couldn’t live without you. He spent years learning to talk to you beyond the grave and eventually found a way to bring you back. You returned, but you were still dead. Now in order to stay in the world of the living you must inhabit bodies of the recently dead. They will continue to rot, which means you can’t get too attached to them. You’re like a hermit crab. Recently The Dark Covenant brought forth an ancient demon known as Baal-Berith with a combined summoning of all your members. It was a mistake, and now the demon is going to slaughter you all unless you can stop it.
Possess the Dead: There’s something about a warm corpse that just feels like home to you. Ah, maybe it’s just that nice smell of rot in the morning. Choose a dead target during the night and you will become them. That character will return to the game (without its player). You will gain their powers, PMs, masons, etc but not their affiliation. The first possession is a free action, but if you want to switch bodies it will take the entire night phase to do so. You cannot possess a body for longer than five nights.
Incorporeal: You cannot be misdirected, pushed, or busdriven.
You are Big Red - Town: The Dark Covenant. [Hellboy / Jason Blood]
Real Name: Jason Red
Origin: Earth-2892
_____Originally you were from a different reality, Earth-2892 but you’ve spent the last five years on this one instead. Here you’ve become part of The Dark Covenant, a secret coven full of witches, warlocks and masters of the occult. Your job is to make sure demons don’t break into your world, and those that do you send right back with a massive punch. You are the toughest of the coven with a bit of spell knowledge, and many believe you are part demon yourself. Rumours, probably. Recently The Dark Covenant brought forth an ancient demon known as Baal-Berith with a combined summoning of all your members. It was a mistake, and now the demon is going to slaughter you all unless you can stop it.
Knockout Punch: Your right fist is enormous and powerful. Hit someone with it, and they’re not getting up until the morning. Choose someone during the night phase and you will both block them and drag them.
Magical Warding: You are immune to fire and cannot be killed by fire based attacks.
You are Mr. White: Town. [Death (East of West) / Nick Fury]
Real Name: Nicholas White
Origin: Earth-668
_____In your reality you are a sheriff and the leader of a small town known as Shield. Some say you look just like the sheriff that served sixty years ago, and the sheriff before that. Coincidence. You ride around on a black horse known as the Horsicarrier, and your weapon of choice is a shotgun. No one messes with you, or your town and for good reason. You have spies all over the place, to make sure of it.
Double-Barreled Shotgun: The last thing anyone can do is sneak up on you. If they try, you’ll blow a hole so big in their stomach that they’ll think they’re the letter O. Twice during the game, instead of another night action, you may become a PGO for the night. This will kill the first person to target you. The second time you use this power, it will have a bit of a bonus and will only kill the first person to target you with a harmful action. The first time will not protect you from being killed, but the second will if that kill is the only thing to target you.
Watching From My Horsicarrier: Normally you might send some spies out, but since none of your spies are here with you you’ll have to do it yourself. Watch someone from atop your horse and you will be a reverse tracker.
You are Baal-Berith: Neutral. [Carnage / Trigon]
Real Name: Baal-Berith
Origin: Hell
_____You are an ancient demon brought forth from the depths of Hell. You are vicious, cruel, and believe in nothing but slaughtering others and tempting mortals into murder. You are twenty feet tall, and can morph your demonic red skin into tendrils and blades. You were summoned by The Dark Covenant, for reasons you don’t understand. It must have been a mistake, because now after ten thousand years you are free. Time to conquer Earth.
Slaughter: You are a serial killer. You will win in one of three ways:
A) You kill twelve people with night actions. Members of The Dark Covenant count as two.
B) You survive to the end with only three people remaining, including yourself.
C) You personally kill every member of The Dark Covenant, or are on successfully lynches that kill them.
Reshape My Body: You can survive one nightkill or lynch, and you require one extra vote to be lynched for every two people you have nightkilled.
Murder and Mayhem: You will gain a new power every four kills. Being on a successfully lynch counts as half a kill towards this ability.
Spoiler (Click in box to read)
1) Unblockable
2) Unmisdirectable and unbusdrivable
You are Glaurung: Neutral. [Hobbes (Calvin and Hobbes) / Lockheed]
Real Name: Glaurung
Origin: Earth-369
_____You come from a place full of small friendly tiger dragons. You stand at about four feet and have tiny wings that are used for flight. You can also shoot fireballs, but you prefer not to. On your planet, everyone is loyal to one another. There is peace. You hope to find a good friend here to spend some time with.
Loyal Companion: Choose a target during the night phase and you will mason with them. It can be anyone, and they’re not required to tell you their role, so be careful. This can only be used once.
By Your Side, Watching Your Back: As a tiger dragon with a heart of gold you just want to help out your friend. Choose a target during the night, and whatever your mason partner decides to do as their night action, you will do as well. You will get the results of any investigative powers. This does not work on one shot powers. Your mason partner will also be unblockable.
Fierce, But Gentle: You will win the game when all threats to the Town have been eliminated.
You are Viserion: Neutral. [The Shredder / Fin Fang Foom]
Real Name: Viserion
Origin: Earth-8668
_____You are a nine foot tall dragon, with six arms and a katana in each claw. Where you’re from, you are a leader of ninjas and assassins. There are none who can oppose you, especially since you butchered those four meddling brothers. Now you’ve arrived in this new place and the first thing to do is start your empire over again. Kidnaping and murder are the best ways to do that. Soon more shall follow.
They Belong to Me Now: Choose a target during the night phase and you will kidnap them. Kidnapped players will be unable to post during the following day phase, and may be released if a majority vote is met on them. The day will continue after they are released and another vote can take place. If they are not released, you will kill them. If you kill six players this way, or survive to the end with three players remaining including yourself, then you will win.
Bring Me Some Turtles!: Instead of votes, you may make other demands to free the captive player. This may involve a player giving their night action away during the next night phase so that you can use it, it could involve everyone getting a post restriction as a result, or even a handful becoming weakened for that day phase. If you choose this route, anyone killed won’t count towards your win condition. Also, your choices cannot be anything too extreme and may be subject to altering for balance sake.
The Path to Success: You will gain votes equal to the amount of different players you have kidnapped throughout the game. If you also killed them, you will add one vote to your vote threshold to be lynched. In both cases, the max is three.
You are Gangles: Neutral. [Waluigi (Brawl in the Family) / Batman (Bruce Wayne)]
Real Name: Sir. Gangles
Origin: Earth-10122
_____Wahhh! It’s Gangles time! It’s time to show everyone who the best really is, which obviously is Gangles because he’s number one. Gangles is, do I really have to read this? Fine. and always has been, better than everyone else at absolutely everything. Be it tennis, racing, jumping through pipes, catching ghosts. Way better than that Lou guy. He sucks. He sucks big time. Gangles is I’m not doing saying that, okay fine stop yelling going to win of course. Also he gets a bunch of powers because clearly he deserves them.
Wahh!: Whenever you target someone with a night action, you may give them a post restriction of your choosing. Also, you can never be blocked.
Gangles, Number One!: You are a busdriver. This cannot be combined with any one-shot powers.
Too Bad, Gangles Time!: Choose two targets during the night phase. Their roles will be switched. This can only be used once, and will not out any alignments.
Ganglerangs!: Choose two targets during the night phase. They will target eachother with their night actions. This can only be used once.
Gangles Signal: Shine the Gangles Signal over everyone. For the next day phase, everyone in the game will refer to themselves as Gangles in the third person, and will needs to say, “Wahh” in every post. In fact, all names will be Gangles including voting. No, every word will be Gangles! Okay…wait just the names. This can only be used once.
Better Than Lou: You will win if you survive to the end of the game.
You are Inferno – Mafia: Cyborticons. [Holocaust / Wildfire]
Real Name: Prof. Drake
Origin: Earth-1989
_____You were once a member of the heroic team, The Legion of Exiles. Then, while aboard the Ark, you were brainwashed and now you work for an ancient creature known as Desperado. You’ve been looking for Deadhawk and Cypress since they escaped from Kryptala. For reasons you can’t yet explain, the barrier between your reality and this one was softer than the others, and so The Brood Queen sent you here to find the ones that escaped. With your strength you were able to win over the favour of the Cyborticons and now the hunt is on.
Desperado’s Lieutenant: You are invincible until the other members of your mafia have been killed. Votes on you will read as zero and nightkills will tell their attacker that they succeeded but their target is still alive. It will be obvious that you are invincible.
Fire Blast: Your target will be misdirected. The first person that targeted your target with a helpful action will also be misdirected.
Volcanic Pump: If you are chosen to perform the nightkill, your target will be unable to be revived either through their own powers or other’s. You are unblockable when performing nightkills.
Engulf: Choose two characters during the night phase. They will require three less votes to be lynched. This is permanent, and is used instead of another night action. This can only be used once.
Hybridity Veteran: Your character has won Hybridity before (Games 4 and 5). As such, you will cop as town to any alignment cops.
Spoiler (Click in box to read)
He had a second veteran bonus for winning two games. Fire Spin: The first non-mafia action each night that targeted him each night would be randomly misdirected. Would disappear if he's the last one remaining.
You are Smooth Company – Mafia: Cyborticons. [Jazz / Longshot]
Real Name: N/A
Origin: Earth-91279
_____You and your fellow Cyborticons have found yourself in another world, and without your commander. That’s fine, you’re competent and can take care of things yourself. The Cyborticons are a group of cyborgs that can transform into mechanical beasts or vehicles. Neutral by nature, your kind usually follows those with strength and in this case that’s Inferno. You’re a relaxed infiltrator and everything you do is imbued with style and class.
Relax, Let Your Guard Down: You are a power cop.
It Takes A Little Bit of Luck, and A Lot of Style: Instead of a power cop, you can choose to be a guide.
Disrupt Communications: Instead of any other action, you can emit a frequency that will stop everyone not in your faction from communicating with someone else during the night phase. This will occur during the following night phase, not the one in which this power is used. This will last for one night, and can only be used once.
Smooth Company, Transform!: If you are chosen to perform a nightkill, your target cannot be guided, or encouraged.
You are Error, Reboot Required – Mafia: Cyborticons. [Grimlock / Arm Fall Off Boy]
Real Name: N/A
Origin: Earth-91279
_____You are a very…special, Cyborticon. When you were created there was an error in the programming, and you needed to be rebooted. Well, someone must have missed that because they sent you off anyway. Nicknamed E.R.R for short, you’re constantly needing repairs because you keep ripping your arms off and hitting others with them. Also you refer to yourself as, “me” since your programming is so wonky.
Me Rip Off Arm, Use As Club: The only one strong enough to get through your durability is, well, you. And you are no match for yourself! Choose a target during the night phase. You will rip a part from your own body and smack them with it. This will both drag and block your target.
Me Need Repair: You start off with ten parts. Each time you use any night action, you will lose one part. Every time you are targeted for a night kill, or lynched, you will lose two parts (but you will stay in the game). If you are successfully lynched, you will lose two parts and the votes will be reset and the day will continue. You will die once you have zero parts left.
Me, Change Now!: Since you don’t have an actual name, and you can’t even say your activation code properly, you can’t actually change forms. Nevertheless, you still act like you’ve changed which just confuses your opponent. If you are chosen to perform the nightkill, you will block your target.
You are Limbo-9 – Mafia: Cyborticons. [Arcee / Magik]
Real Name: N/A
Origin: Earth-91279
_____You are a calm Cyborticon that can turn spiteful easily against those that have wronged you. Call it trust issues, but you hate feeling betrayed. You carry a mystical sword with you that, if you slice very quickly, can create temporary wormholes that allow you to pull someone out of an oncoming blast. Extremely helpful, you’ve saved countless Cyborticons over the years. It’s most likely due to your wormholes and the barrier of this reality being so soft that your team accidentally stumbled through.
Temporal Wormholes: Choose a target during the night and you will protect them from nightkills and recruitments.
Shiny Surfaces: Instead of your other night action you can choose to become reflective for the night. The first two actions to target you will be directed back at their user. This will not work on kills.
Limbo-9 Maximize!: If you are chosen to perform the nightkill, you can still use another night action.
You are Card Shark – Mafia: Cyborticons. [Sky-Byte / Gambit]
Real Name: N/A
Origin: Earth-91279
_____A gambler during the day, and a thief during the night. You are secretive and you’ve never lost a game. Or at least, there’s no one still alive that can say you’ve ever lost a game. Back on your homeworld of Cybirth you were just a legend, even if you were secretly working with various strike teams. You have a thing for Limbo-9, although she doesn’t seem to respect what you do. Don’t worry, you’ll charm her in time and show her your huge exhaust pipe.
Gamble: You start the game with thirty gold coins. You can place meta-bets on who you think is going to target eachother. You cannot place bets on your own mafia members or masons. Make a bet with however many coins (out of thirty or whatever you have left) such as “John will target Eve.” If you succeed, you will recover twice the amount you spent. If you’re wrong, you will permanent lose the coins you gambled. New powers will be unlocked at fifty coins, seventy coins, and ninety coins. Betting is a free action.
Spoiler (Click in box to read)
Fifty Coins: All actions are unblockable. Seventy Coins: Cannot be busdriven. Ninety Coins: Can take two actions per night (not kills).
Best Thief on Land: Choose a target during the night and you will steal an object from them, which will give you a clue to their identity.
You’re Gonna Need a Bigger Boat, Mon Ami: You are unmisdirectable.

The reason I made Inferno invincible was for story purposes.
I wanted him to survive to the end.
It would be weird if he bit it night one after being such a huge part of the earlier stories, and basically being the big antagonist for this game.
The difficult part with these games is striking a balance between the story and the actual mafia mechanics.
That's what makes clue cops and draggers so powerful. The former which I tried to balance with Rorsch possibly killing people.
I think though that I'll need to alter things for future games, because at the end of the day the games are supposed to fun and not frustrating.
I want people to play for the roles and mechanics, not just for the stories and writeups.
So in the next game I'll try to simplify some things. Balance out certain aspects that seem overpowered in my games.
Maybe the story will suffer, or maybe I'll just need to improve my craft to make sure that doesn't happen.
We'll see.
Overall, I felt like the roles were balanced.
Although Viserion dying night one was bad for the mafia.
Any anti-town dying out is bad for the mafia in my opinion.
I like to believe the mafia won due to their skill, not from the roles being unbalanced.
K-Ness was playing the game, even if it didn't seem that way.
It was anyone's game up until the Calmnic lynch, and if Grinner hadn't been blocked on that last night the town would have had a 50% chance to win with the night actions.
Had Rorsch not killed me, I would have pushed HARD for Gfish's lynch. Mafia was seriously lucky I died when I did. I like to think that my death is the reason they won.

The first Mafia game I ran, I make the mistake of leaning towards story over the gameplay a little too much. So I can confirm that the idea of trying to ensure a given player survives to the end or tilt the game in a particular direction in order to pull off a given story is a really bad one.
I can't make a full comment on your setup since I haven't seen what was happening behind closed doors, but I'm hesitant to buy into the idea that that the Mafia did, in fact, win based on their skill when you're admitting you wanted their leader to make it to the end to the point where nobody could touch him.
We all knew K-Ness was scum of some kind, and under any other circumstances he would have died mid-game either by night kill or lynch specifically because we all knew that keeping K-Ness around willingly was a bad idea. Except we weren't able to touch him, and K-Ness knew we couldn't touch him, which almost comes off as giving K-Ness a free ride. Especially since, knowing full well about the invincibility factor, there was little to no incentive for K-Ness to say squat most days unless a vote popped up since there was nothing that could be said to convince us he was anything else and anything and everything he posted would be picked apart to help pick out who we needed to kill to get to the one person we really wanted to kill.
You might consider it weird if Inferno wound up biting it within the first couple days, but honestly, if you know how to play it right it works as a great opportunity to come off as a fantastic plot twist.
We know you have a handful of characters that you included which weren't actually represented by actual players, so I think that if you wanted to guarantee that Inferno would survive to the end, a far better option would have been to use Inferno as an NPC puppetmaster of sorts rather than mixing story and gameplay the way you did. In some ways, Inferno came off as half an NPC as it was already, at least by forum posts.
It certainly would have lead to a far less frustrating situation than opening every day with a regular vote check on a player who came off as being absent 90% of the time because they knew they didn't have to actively participate in the public forum.
