No, these keywords are separate concepts entirely. These keywords should not be considered identical even for causal/fun play, and even suggesting such a thing makes you a horrible person we can NEVER FORGIVE.

If you're asking about replacements for missing cards or figures, that would be handled through the Wizkids replacement program. I've just tried my first, sending back a pretty battered SR from WoL, but i'm not sure what to expect having heard many horror stories about the program. Cards should be available on the Print and Play site.

speaking of constructs, I popped out to the E by the Bay and saw a number of the special (beyond standard 6) constructs for other colors - example black sniper rifle. So if you want to spend a ton of money, you can probably eventually get all of the constructs for every color.

IMHO, pick you favorite color - or emotional spectrum effect - and just collect that color. Or ignore the spectrum effect and play the easier to get pieces. I have 7 constructs for yellow and blue by buying the 2 battery set. I will have 7 constructs for green by the end of the event. if I need more, I'll probably buy an additional battery pack. I feel no need to chase down the other constructs of every color.

Yeah, unfortunately the replacement policy has essentially become: "We're sorry you got the wrong card, you can print the correct one for the figures you physically received at any time."

It seems like nothing short of a store receiving heavily damage / unsellable product is going to to go through.

As to the constructs, the Con in Your Store exclusive packages are going to make it prohibitive for most collectors to get a complete set for ONE color, much less all of them (and we STILL don't know where Green Sniper Rifle / Earthmover / Spotlight / Stop Sign are going to come from). War of Light is the first set where I would expect any factory sets that do hit the secondary market will remain at high price points, unlike the other event factory sets (Infinity Gauntlet, No Man's Land, AvX, Fear Itself). They may still be cheaper than trying to accquire everything piecemeal, but I wouldn't expect to see any at 'reasonable' prices until War of Light is no longer Modern Legal...if at all.

I wish they made enough Batteries that I could find a Blue one. That's the only one I want.

I think collecting all the lanterns is silly. breaking my back and bank account just for all the different emotional spectrums? no thanks. but then I laugh at any heroclix completionists so...
