You're looking for an existing clix that has a dial that would be a good fit, or are you looking for someone to design a dial and take a stab at a point cost?
An existing dial that would best fit his abilities.
Has anyone here spent much time with/gotten a subscription to Marvel's digital library? I know I took a look at it early on, when they put some free access items up, but hadn't given it much thought.
An email from Marvel tells me there's a promotion (ending Monday) which will take 30% off the cost of an annual subscription (which should take it down from $59.88 to $41.92) if one enters promotional code 2MILL2011 - celebrating them having passed 2 million facebook "friends."
I'm wondering about reliability, ease of access for reading, and how complete it is. Their ad says "From Captain America's first appearance in the 1940s to Thor's latest adventure, you can experience the Marvel Universe like never before." -- which seems to imply that they're current or nearly so, though I suspect they're still very spotty. Back when I looked before they were being very cautious about it, and aside from a few teaser promotional items were making sure that any runs of issues were from a while back.
As $42 definitely beats $59 I find myself considering it, but don't want it to be frustrating if much of my intent is to catch up on the past few years of stories.
Zemo is a scalper's dream. lol...new top of wants just based on the trait.
I hope he has a solid, appropriate dial, from Leadership to aid in giving actions to his team, to Outwit, Perplex and maybe even a touch of PC. From range they should give him at least a little (preferably SP version) of Incapacitate for his Adhesive X, and otherwise make him a skilled hand-to-hand combatant if it comes down to that. Stealth and probably some Mastermind.
Hopefully they didn't put too many of those 150 points in the Trait, which is still going to be dice-driven and could conceivably do him no good at all if he's not heading a MoE-using team.

For all those powers, he's gonna be more than 150.

I automatically wouldn't play him in sealed...he's 1/2 of 300...and knowing the point costs in general, you aren't getting much with him.
All that to is to say I'd only play him on MoE teams.

I've been wondering this as well, actually. I'd love to go back and read through a lot of series I never have and wondered how well it works.

We've seen them fold in a lot, especially powers that crop up and then disappear, in 150 points, though, and I'm not anticipating much if any move-and-attack powers on Heinrich, so that should save some points.
Whatever he is is done, of course, and we'll know for good or ill soon enough.

Heh, yeah, likely the same here on both counts. A decent MoE team with him fronting it isn't likely to happen in a 300 pt build. It'll only really start to get interesting from 500 pts up,

For whatever it's worth I started a thread asking about this in the comics forum, though I know that's something of a backwater on the site. I probably should have done with most others do and toss it into GD first and let the mods move it, but I don't want to create more work for the mods and GD would likely only net me a bunch of "I'd never want to read my comics on a computer screen!" reactions -- or worse.
