So I have my 4 year anniversary coming up this week, and I usually like to go with gifts that are connected to the "traditional" category, and that falls under "Flowers". My wife hates flowers. The Modern gift is Linen/Silk, but buying clothes is out of the question. Anyone have any ideas?
Maybe... if I get the same pay grade as you without the skill.
Okay, I have to go re-explain to an Alzheimer's patient that her son is still dead from a suicide a couple days ago. After that, I need to go back through the crime scene photos of last week's infamous incident. Somewhere in there - and this has to be done by 3 but I expect you to give it full attention -and- appropriate emotional responsibility (no heartlessness with the Alzheimer's victim) - you need to check in on your company and find out why 50K in payments have been held up and also figure out how to replace, in one month, some hammer mill parts that take six months to build. Once you take care of those for me, we'll talk about a longer subbing schedule.
"Nobody important? That's amazing. You know, in 900 years of traveling time and space I've never met someone who wasn't important."

Working in healthcare has given me an enormous respect for other healthcare professionals. And also gratitude that I don't have to do the stuff they do.

Deal.
You have to sit here and do nothing all day and question your self-worth.
Sucker.

An interesting segment on this week's episode of This American Life, giving a story about a kid who ran away from home to find his idol, sci-fi writer Piers Anthony. Some of you may find it a good listen...
"Why would the possibility of me being wrong ever stop me from doing something?"

A nice set of sheets would still fit Linen/Silk, without being clothes.

Ladies, would it be tacky if I took my wife shopping for this gift? Like, the design of a Duvet cover is pretty important. I suppose I could get one I like, and she could exchange it if she wanted...
