The Runaways rescue Nico Minoru from the X-Men. The X-men gain 126 RPs and a compensation pick at the end of the round.

I thought Steals were done at the end of the round??

I think it's because no other team has a claim on Nico outside of Runaways.

I actually do think the steal should wait until the end of the round.

I say this because it is the best way to protect against RP farming.

EXAMPLE:

Player A is playing X-men. Player B is playing Avengers.

Player A is a few RPs short of what he wants, so he takes Iron man right before the Avengers does. They steal of course, wanting their RD Jr. fix. Now Player A has MORE RPs to draft a figure having no penalty because no one else has in the round has drafted.


Now, if it is just being posted now and the steal and comp. pick won't actually occur until the end of the Round, then forget I just said anything!

One thing I love about the newest Avengers sets is they have given us lots of low cost versions of those characters to play in 300-400 point games. I mean, when was the last time we could do this:
