Movement: Cat Burglar: █, █, OO> Kleptomaniac: Catwoman can use Super Strength but cannot make object attacks. When she occupies your starting area while holding an object from your opponent's force, give her a power action. Remove the object from the game and score 25 victory points. Bad Girl: Catwoman can use Shape Change, but succeeds only on a 6. When she uses Shape Change and succeeds, Catwoman can't be targeted by opposing characters this turn.
On A Hot Tin Roof Signature Whip: Catwoman can use Charge and Giant Reach: 2.
Cat o' Nine Tails
The Cat's Meow
While The Cat's Away
We've Danced This Dance Before Isis: Catwoman can use Perplex. If there are no friendly characters named Black Cat on the map, give her a power action to place #WF013 Black Cat into an adjacent square. The actions of friendly characters named Black Cat do not count against your action total.
You Rub Me The Wrong Way
Herding Cats
This may be the best Catwoman ever. I love that she plays on a different axis, as it feels fitting - Catwoman is not a killer or a maniac like most of the Bat's rogues gallery, and is frequently playing her own game. The interaction with cats is brilliant. 10/10, one of my favorite designs you've ever posted which is quite the feat.

oh, awesome. thank you, kindly. I like injecting the occasional mini-game and/or alternate win condition in a dial to capture some flavor and fun. i'm very flattered you've taken to this one and i'm glad I added isis at the last minute to this dial
A defensively minded brute is exactly what this character is. Good damage output, great reducers. Help your buddies on the defense front. This character would makes a good Blok ... So I guess that means you nailed it (Is it too soon to want a new set of LoSHs?)
On a side note, if wizkids is thinking about an idea, they need a power that is like reverse mastermind for this archetype. I find myself wanting to give that power to characters enough to warrant it's own power.

Yes, sir. With that -sized target on her, she'll benefit from that range defense while shielding her range-heavy pals, too. I was inspired by this image for her design emphasis, even though I opted for the more resculpt-friendly teamshot from the same card set for her sculpt image. Much if this set was influenced by skybox's 1993 dc cosmic teams set which I zealously collected 24(!) years ago.
I designed her with a long, durable dial l, to be fit her role, but sparing some bells and whistles to keep her cost trim and customizable to how much dryad durability you want for the legion. Especially with the unclixed or rarely clixed, I try to give you as many play options as I can
(+5)Midnight Vigilantism: When Garv is adjacent to a friendly character named Strata they can both use Willpower.
Brave to A Fault
Steadfast And True
Rock Skin
Team Tough Guy
Thick Skin Masked Avenger: Garv and adjacent friendly characters modify their defense values by +1 against close attacks.
Eager Recruit
I can't be the only one who expected Jack O' Lantern to show up today.
You know, I wish I had thought of that . Unfortunately, I was already riding a wave of thematic links from character to character determining whom gets posted each day
Hopefully, this pic of garv dressed as the masked avenger will scratch your halloween itch

100,000 Years Ahead of His Time: Captain Comet can't be targeted by Outwit or Perplex from opposing characters unless the targeting character has a higher point value or has the Future keyword.
(160)Telekinesis: Captain Comet can use Energy Shield/Deflection. When an opposing character is placed within 4 squares, after actions resolve deal them 1 click of penetrating damage.
The Cometeer
The First Mutant
Strange Adventures Telekinetic Augmentation: Captain Comet can use Super Strength. He can pick up an object within 8 squares and line of fire.
Born Under A Comet
Telepathy
The Pinnacle of Human Evolution
Clairvoyance Revivification Photographic Memory: Captain Comet can use Perplex. If he modifies the same combat value on the same character as last turn, he may use it a second time this turn.
L.E.G.I.O.N. Command Mystery In Space
Awesome power. A simple but unique take on the telekinetic power set.
thanks, I thought i'd go a bit more unconventional with it since there's a lot of tk-based characters in the set. while he's still burdened with a bit of the power non-compatibility that cursed the dc75 captain comet (thanks new rules!), he can use that object pick up to set up a followup strike after he swoops in with hss and perplexes up his defense.

Yeah, the 90's were rife with telekinetic characters. It's probably the third preferred power of that era, just under teleportation and giant guns.
Garv and Strata pair well together. They make a nice rock to build a team around. (not so stealthy pun)
I really like the symmetry of their dials, or more importantly, where the symmetry is broken.
Boy it's nice to see they guy get another click. His 75th Ann version was bad on so many levels. The power set was great. The combat values were subpar even for the day, but the pacing and antagonistic design of his dial (maybe a better turn would be negative synergy?...anti-synergy?... I digress) I always felt his design left him practically unplayable and certainly not worth the hefty price tag he comes with.
Now this is a guy worth his points, even and especially at 160. The cool ass things you can do with him - from snagging objects from 8 squares away (which is an amazing power btw) to the board controlling zap when opponents decide to place nearby.
I like the play on the deity keyword trait. The perplex power is super awesome. Just perplex yourself first turn, and you're good to go for the rest of the game with double perplex.
I do like the mid-dial damage spike (homage to the previously disparaged AN037?)
I would really be interested in playing him at full points.

Heh, thanks. Bit of a cheat but they were always the twin pillars and this way they can complement each other, shoring up different defensive bonuses. Combined with strata's optional they can sit on 20s aide by side
Since I gave garv the arguably better defense power (or at least the more expensive), I gave strata the more impactfull defense bonus vs range (especially for the range heavy l.e.g.i.o.n.)

Oh awesome, I was afraid the spectre of the original would still loom on some of the similarities with this design. I'm glad he works as he was intended to be a power common, but hopefully one that required some forethought to get the most mileage out of.
The dmg spike was an homage to the one good click on the dc75 while click 3 is the cheesy all-gray. He's a bit complex for my usual common style, but if you play him at 100, suddenly he's only got 1 and a fairly simple one at that.
One final note is that the conditional tk grants him some added teeth when he uses his own tk (or another does ) but it's also worded open ended to serve as a silver bullet to colossal retaliation (and a few other effects, too)
