It's probably been mentioned before but I highly recommend everyone sends with Delivery Confirmation now. This is at least some level of security for you to back up sending cards. It's not that costly, I've started doing it on all my trades now. In cases of a dispute confirmation numbers can easily be posted on this thread for accountability within the community.

Some of the Senior members here (NKO and DMD) Why carry yourselfs to speaking foul language? Its not gonna get anywhere. Overseas trading is a big risk right now with Itrader down. The only member that i recalled that everyone trusted over there was Belgium Blue (? Correct me if im wrong) If somethin seemed suspicious before you traded then why conduct the trade?

Cyber, i haven't done a trade with you, but i understand Life is full of unexpected surprises, it catches everyone off guard. But as a trader and sending to America, you have a responsibility of keeping in contact with all your traders (especially three or more)

It's really quite simple. If you are not guilty of anything then you shouldn't have anything to worry about. The fact that CyberSerpent was overly generous in trades and sketchy in the trading process generates necessary skepticism. It has nothing to do with dual accounts, as much as it has to do that you were quickly endorsing this individual. I only recommend, as nice as you are, don't endorse anybody. Their character will fall on you. There is a principle to be learned. Whether you are involved or not, being guilty by association is still viable even here. Be careful who you connect yourself with.

I also checked my PO box, also nothing. (Deal was made late on the 4th, I sent my end late on the 5th/early the 6th, and he was supposed to send the same time.)

Giving him the benefit of the doubt and playing devil's advocate, (he's sending from the UK to the US, is in a period of transition, etc, etc...) it's not totally unreasonable for it to not be here yet.

However, he said that he sent and he's not answered my last two PMs.

The last communication we had was on the 11th. He asked if I'd sent yet. Which was a totally reasonable question as I had lost internet service for a couple of days (roughly from the 6th to the 9th) and had (to be honest) forgotten to tell him I'd sent after getting service back.

I told him I'd sent a few days before that and my end should arrive shortly. Then nothing. I haven't heard a word since.

As I said, were it not for the fact that he said he'd sent his end at roughly the same time I did and his lack of communication after confirming whether or not I'd sent, I'd be willing to overlook the 20+ day delay. (As I said, two weeks or so isn't that much of a stretch considering the distance and extenuating circumstances.)

As it is, it's very suspicious.

- He says he sends X day.
- Stops communicating after confirming that my end was on it's way.
- 20+ days pass from X, and the mailbox remains empty.
- Others claim similar or identical occurrences in their dealings with this person.

I try not to immediately jump to the worst conclusion, but frankly I'm getting worried/annoyed with the whole situation.

I sent my cards on the 31st of July and still haven't seen or heard anything back from Cyberserpent if he's received my cards or sent on his end. I said I'd give things until the end of the month because I heard rumblings that it occasionally takes a month for things to get to the UK so there's still a few more days before that hits.

Well, I didn't have any trades with him, and untill he/she resolves with everyone that was traded with..i'm putting him on as a ripper.

Yeah, me either. He's not responded to either of my PMs either. It's been just about a month for me and that's too long for even the UK. I trade with another friend over there and it can take some time I know, but he could at least answer my PMs. I'm counting him as a ripper then. I will until I receive either my cards or the Charge I traded for.

Well, I feel really sorry for you if you did rip me Cyberserpent. I'm not gonna make any threats against you, because that's pointless. I'm only going to tell you what's happened to some people who have stolen or ripped me off in the past. One person who stole from me in the past, was arrested and convicted of DWI the next weekend. Thing is, he had never had a drink in his life before that night. Another had his entire collection stolen the next week. Still another had extremely bad luck in every single duel/trade/tournament/ and pulling until he got rid of the stolen cards. I mean the guy went from tournament winner, to losing to a kid's 70 card E-Hero deck badly. And finally one person got banned from the store for good. Coincidence, maybe. But I like to believe it's payback. Thanks alot man. Thanks a whole lot for ripping me and the rest of these people off.

Like I said, I'm willing to forgive, but I want at least my cards back or the card I traded for. So until then Cyberserpent, you are a ripper in my mind. I've given up looking in the mail for it, so I'm not gonna hold my breath.

all i can say is everyone file mail fraud if its a large enough amount then the officers will look into it

How do you file mail fraud against someone from the UK?

Well, going on 5 weeks for me. So, I did some searching and talked to some people, and I think this may be a link to filing for international mail fraud:
