So count me in on messed up pilots and Mechs.

The other thing I didn't get was the certificate to mail in for the Officer's Club, which honestly bums me out more then the pilot mix up. I'm going to mail WizKids and see what they say about that. I'm not sure I can shell out for another brick anytime soon, so if they're not okay with me just sending in the reciept and the box bottoms, I'm kind of screwed in that department.

Other then the pilot mix up and the certificate, I think I did pretty well, getting a good range of pilot cards and not a single duplicate Mech or vechile. I did get duplicates of 3 differnt types of infantry, but since I tend to play formations of all the same infantry, I was pleased with that too.

Sorry we missed you Ruttgutt, we were down there earlier(I assume.) we didn't get any OC coupons either.

As for my missing mech. I'm not too upset since it was a non. I am still going to inform wizkids though.

Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy!!! Here's what I got for Uniques when I opened my case:
10 Black Bases
3 Silver Bases
1 Red Base

I bought a case tonight! :)

I pulled every Wolfish Unique save the Crimson Hawk, and I am missing the Wolf Madcat. (Anybody have spares of those 2? hint, hint) TONS of uniques in this new format, as well as the fact that you see ALOT less duplicates, overall. I received 3 duplicate NON Mechs, JF Raven (not complaining), JF Gambit (again NC), and the Wolf Marauder (NO complaint!). As for vec's, I got ONE dupe...Wolf Carnivore! This is good! Got 2 of the Atlases (Atli?) Jack and Bjorn, the "cute" HK Osiris, The Beast, Starke, Fireheart, and BAILEY! YAY! I am a Bailey, so I was tickled to get it. Not alot of dupes, on anything, so it is all good.

However, watch for stuck heat dials, very common, as are missing limbs that are simply NOT in the box! That is disappointing. Also, I pulled a unique with the wrong pilot. Then, opened the next booster and got THAT Mech with the pilot for the OTHER Mech! What are the odds, people??!! The Clicky God was smiling on me at that moment! Oh well, a good night for pulling boosters.

We threw 1200 point armies together and had a great mini-tourney, and I am proud to say that while some of the Wolves died, they were not shown defeat. What more can a Warrior ask for other than a Brave Death in battle, quiaff?

I am really happy with Wolf Strike, but then, I am Wolf, so what is there for me NOT to like, quiaff?

Let me guess? the pilots where mixed up on the LI Stalking Spider and the BR violator hmmmm...?:p

I just opened the first half of my order of twelve cases. Went south right from the word go. No two cases had the same number of unique units and quality control was stoned. At least it’s not AS bad as Annihilation but enough to rename the set Annihilation Light. I have a lot of trashed units and that’s before I even get into the stuck dials on the vehicles. I did not even get a single complete set of figures out of SIX cases. What is up with that?

I bought 2 boosters today.

1st booster:

No real quality issues in this booster but some of the paint jobs are crappy. Think the heat dial on the vulture was hard to turn and the left foot separated from base when I was turning the dial.

2nd booster:

Quality issues in this booster. The HL Vulture's left foot is seperated from base and sticking out. You can see the smear of glue that used to attach the foot to the base go to the edge and glued the dial in place. The heat dial is very difficult to move. Bailey looks like he is doing the Limba, you remember how the Counter Assault Sun Cobra's looked? He is bent over backwards about twice as far. Hoping some hot water will fix him.

My buddy got the BR Violator with the Liao pilot. He also got a CJF Mad Cat MK4 where the heat dial wouldn't move and the right arm is glued to the side of the mech. The ball joint isn't even in the socket for it.

so far i read the pulls its safe to assume every (or 80%) unique is in the case, havent seen many people display getting dupe uniques, Believe Sunfire is pretty rare as are CW heavies and assaults (atleast from what i remember between the pulls the elite mechs are harder to find. had hoped to pull CW Madcat, Vulture, Marauder and CNC Vixen (did pull the rest of CNC but only one non unique Griffin for CW)

did get 2 warwulfs a violator crimson hawk and the unique wulfen. and OEJ.

well it looks like it is indeed 1 Red base per case from the looks of things.

Mine had every black based unique, and three silvers (Fell, Cleaver, and Marrow)

2 of every infantry, one of every vehicle. 1 example of about 75% of the mechs (three Liao vultures was an abberation.
