I was surprised to learn that DrFate98 was unfamiliar with April Wine, one of the greatest Canuck bands ever. I rank them higher than Loverboy and I love Loverboy.
I want these clixed: Doc Savage, Fu Manchu, Tarzan, The Shadow, The Green Hornet & Kato, Conan, Solomon Kane, The Phantom, King Kong, Universal Monsters, Black Orchid, Manhunter (Paul Kirk), Xemnu the Titan, unclixed Kirby Fourth World characters, and Lilith, Daughter Of Dracula.
I've recently found a Chinese band (maybe a first in RW?) that has some fun, interesting songs. Unfortunately I can't seem to determine the names of any of their songs. If anyone knows the names for sure, please let us know. I've put in a guess for now, but will update if anyone has better information. I really like what I have heard, sort of Waggaki Band vibes, but slightly heavier.
The Fourth album by King Crimson was generally considered the weakest of the early 70s King Crimson and I guess I agree. It still leans into the jazz tinge like Lizard but the songs aren't very forceful and not as experimental I think. I still like it though.

So thanks to the recent thing with CrowdStrike I can't buy any Apple gift cards so that I can add to my iTunes library. I tried to get some Friday and they couldn't sell them to me and threw all the cards they had away. I have no idea when they'll replenish them or if they'll replenish them so I'm at an impasse. I don't stream in solidarity to the artists who aren't getting compensated fairly over streaming. So I don't know when I'll be able to add to my music library any time soon.
That said, my YouTube feed has recently offered this artist up to me, most likely because DrFate98 keeps making me listen to Band-Maid.
She wears a mask all the time. Possibly she wants to continue having a private life which I suspect is why Buckethead wears the bucket.

Constructive criticism (on my bass playing and song arrangement) is always welcome.
From your comments in Last Posters, I had recently been tempted to ask you to share, so this is a real pleasant surprise. I think my expectations should have been much higher; the music and the videos are high level. I watched all six, and really like that the bass isn’t just a rhythm section, but has it’s share of leading the way. Curious about your equipment, it’s a nice tone.
I think I liked Wing Without A Breeze and On The Run, but I will need to listen on a better device later. Thanks for sharing.
Symptoms was an amazing song musically but the lyrics were cheesy to me
Numbers game would be a great song because it has crunchy riffs and a very catchy chorus than can be anthemic if you choose to do it that way live. The prechorus takes it from a great song to a knocks it down a few notches.
Wing Without a Breeze is a great ballad but not getting caught as a cheesy monster ballad.
On the Run was the perfect length rock song. Everything was there and flowed seamlessly to the end. No fluff, no muss, no coconuts.
To Rust is good.
Wasted is definitely my favorite

I really this the tone was elevated in the mixing. I have an Ibanez SR that I put Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounders, and I was pretty much going into the board. The guy who did the mixing out it through an Ampeg filter and beefed it up and cleared it up. I was very happy with it.
Speaking of bass, the new band that I first heard last week has an amazing bassist. NEK! is the first band that I have heard that approaches Band-Maid in style, technique, talent, song structure, and they've just released their third song. I have so much hope for their future.
Speaking of Band-Maid, a song (out of their 150 or so) that I had never paid much attention to before really caught my attention today. No matter how many of their songs I hear, the songs are all distinct yet always Band-Maid.

Is this available to buy off iTunes? I'm inclined to support my friends on these things. The music sounds good but I wasn't really knocked out by your lead singer. I didn't quite pay attention to the lyrics so I'd need to listen to it a few more times for those to sink in.

So after I heard the In the Wake of Poseidon album that my teacher loaned me I went out to buy whatever was available by the band and that was when the Lark's Tongue In Aspic album was released and that was a radical departure for the band. The album was very experimental and I'd never heard anything like it. At the time I still hadn't heard the other three albums so I didn't know what to think but I liked what I was hearing. This album had John Wetton on vocals and he ranks high in my list of favorite male vocalists. You probably know him best for the band Asia. https://www.youtube.com/watch? I decided to give you the full album for this one. I like their Easy Money pretty just as much as I like the Pink Floyd song of the same name.

Thank you for the breakdown. I really appreciate it. What makes Wasted your favorite? I need details, man!

Thank you for taking he time to listen! I don't think it's for sale. I believe everything is free. Currently the only method we have for making money s the Swag Shop.

I just looked on iTunes and it is available. I bought each song at 99 cents each.
