That was written up pretty differently in the Vega / Fei-Long fight.

Let's say Morpheus used his power that Night but wasn't attacked. Meanwhile Dhalsim attacked Ken (note that the flame-blast is very likely an attack, not a defensive measure). You now have Morph believing it was his defense and have us ignoring an attack on Ken.

I don't think I was attacked until the flame kick showed up in the write up. I also never thought Darq was Vega, just that he had attacked me. They were two diffrent nights there. The first night was the flame kick against Vega, the second was the avoiding Darq/nothing.

But didn't Morph's PM tell him that he wasn't attacked? He just misread it, which is why he believed Darq had attacked him.

That's an entirely different power than his Rising Kick.

Except for Dhalsim, is there anyone else still in game that makes flaming attacks?

And is there anyone else besides Honda that makes headbutts?

Balrog has a headbutt throw, but he doesn't fly when he does it. Plus everybody has a signature move, we've seen both of the moves looks like Dhalsim and Honda's move respectively.
