Right now you're pretty much a deadly attack against anything in the air, including yourself. If you could steer, you'd probably be a bit more discriminating.

This does seem to make slightly more sense...

However, it does mean It'll take two(?) turns to get to the Magikoopa.

Alright, I'll change my action to steering the cloud down to pick up Charles (probably still brains

)
