I cannot find anything on the 1st apperance of Firestorm except it was Firestorm#1, but no synopsis or other detail.

Here's a hint-- it actaully occurred in Firestorm #2 (#1 is pure expostition and origin).

I think it was in Action Comics, I don't know what issue. It was the UH-OH Squad. I don't remember all of their names I think it was blotto specificly who Fought Villian the Villian.

Blotto from the Uh-Oh Squad is correct. Still looking for the series and the reason for the name....

I thought it was Action Comics, If not I don't have any more info.
