Sorry it wasn't clear: it is a one use triple (three actions in one night). The rest of those powers he HAS to use that night. Its really good without being overpowered, but it has a cost.

I will say that a Delayed Hit is unlikely, since that would mean gFish was an incompetent scum player, and I feel that's not true.
