I just watched Silver Linings.
Probably the best cast I have ever seen in a movie.
I kinda hated that it had a happy ending.

Just saw Man of Steel! Found it funny that there was less destruction in the Transformers trilogy, Avengers, and/or Pacific Rim.

I know Christopher Nolan said it was cool, but the S doesn't stand for "Hope," it stands for "Destruction"

I hope the Zac Snyder Batman isn't quite as destructive as Superman... unless Batman wins

Rewatched Avengers, and it's still fun. It was my wife's first time watching it, and she is now interested in the Captain America movies (prior to this, all she wanted to watch from Marvel was Iron Man, Thor, and sometimes Spider-Man stuff; now she's up for Cap, Widow, and Hulk any time).

Rewatched James and the Giant Peach last night. Happiness

Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter.
It was better than I expected, but then I did not expect much.
For one I did not expect to see Alan Tudyck in the movie, so that was a nice little surprise.
I've seen worse documentaries.
That was a joke.

Saw Thor 2. I thought it was pretty damn good. It had good action and was pretty funny.

Saw Olympus has Fallen and Movie 43 on Netflix.

Olympus has Fallen had good action scenes, but it had a pretty implausible plot and a really dumb ending.

Movie 43 was...weird. How did they get those actors to agree to do that movie?

First, watched Robot and Frank. Or, if you want the geek title, Cyclops and Arwen argue about Skeletor's robot butler. Very good movie.

Then, Sharknado. I'm so, so sorry, brain.

Finally, The Way, with Martin Sheen. Odd but enjoyable movie about a father retracing his son's last steps.

Had a Lord of the Rings weekend...(sorting my stuff)

I still say that last movie is incredibly stupid (this being only the second time I've ever watched it all the way through) and the second would be great if it wasn't for the bastardization of Faramir.

Karl Urban is still my hero.

I concur on Robot and Frank and The Way. Both were great movies and if I can gather the resources for it, I want to do the trek from The Way.

Finally got to see Pacific Rim and feel the need to add it to my collection.

Where would the Silver Lining be if it didn't have a happy ending?
