- There will be 56 cards in total

Also: Wizkids has a new policy regarding the announcement of product release dates. Basiclly, they'll just say a particular month, rather than a specific date. Once the proper release day comes close, 6 weeks or so, they will firm up a specific date.

No need to place bets. We know all of the cards. They are all achievements in the wizkids event system.

I don't know if people noticed, but if you look at the WES achievements, there are a list of characters that can be unlocked via code, which I assume means the Avengers ID Cards. The list tells us a few of the characters that will be in Avengers Assembled and Age of Ultron and guarantees that they will have an ID Card. The list includes:

I pray that it means new versions of all those heroes (RE: ID cards).

I can never have enough Richard Rider Nova or Moon Knight!

A bit disappointed it doesn't represent Hickman's Avengers in full, though. Would have loved to summon in Hyperion or Starbrand for an assist.

Mantis,Moondragon,Beast,Human Torch (Jim Hammond) & Wolverine are some of the other major omissions.

Which is kind of Silly...I mean we can summon Rick "Superfreak" Jones and Jarvis (Beware his mighty feather duster) but not core people like major people like Witch, Wolverine (at least in the last ten years)...and the peripheral list is pretty high with people like Mar-Vell, Red Hulk and Quake (has she even been on an Avengers team???)
Also I would say this dims the hopes for anyone getting Living Lighting, Firebird, Gilgamesh or Rage in this set as they should have made the cut
