I also joined a canning group on facebook. There are some people who post pics of f150 bed filled with boxes of tomatoes (300-400 lbs in case you are wondering) and are ready to can them. I am a small fish in a big pool but I am learning bits and pieces.

I think you may be my new mancrush. Why weren't you doing this canning and making awesome homemade pickles when I was out visiting a few years ago?!

I was. I was making jam. Plus I am pretty sure that it has been a good 6-8 years since you have been up this way.

More like 4 since I've been to Ft Meade or anywhere in DC for Uncle Sam, but yeah, it has been 5 1/2 years since I visited you, because it was a few weeks after the Legion of Super-Heroes release.
