V xXHushXx (holding a copy of the HCR FAQ ) Hmmm,I'd send this one back, he's obviously damaged.
V Sandra Wu-San (it's like...this hideous guy with a blouse and skirt on! ) Yeah, I got one of these, too and sent to some chick who had lost all of her stuff in a monsoon
Eh, decent booster overall, though this set seems really unbalanced
What, am I normal or not?
Am I crazier than other patients?
Right, I've done everything right.
So where's the karma, doc? I've lost my patience.
No. It's a power. Once you get the starter set, it's got the cards with the new Taupe powers:
(Movement) Twitchy: after successfully being damaged by a Close Combat action, you may move this figure one square in any direction, including into the square of the attacker. Attacking figure is then considered 'dogpiled', and all moves for the next round made by figures opposing this dogpiled figure must be towards the occupied square. At the end of that round, dogpiled figure takes damage equal to the number of dogpilers in the space. Dogpiled damage may be reduced, but not Masterminded.
(Attack) Ebola: bees with this power affect adjacent opposing figures as described in Poison, but the damage is penetrating. Ebola-affected figures also have a -1 modifier to Defense (for horrible body things happening) and Attack (for everyone naturally recoiling from the nasty, nasty stuff).
(Defense) Wearing Plaid: Opposing figures targeting the Plaid-Wearing figure with ranged attacks must take a -1 to their attack out of pity, unless they possess one of the following Team Abilities: Fashion Police, Grunge, or Canadian.
(Damage) Fuzzy Slippers/Mittens: Characters with this power inflict 1 penetrating damage in addition to their normal damage if the are using Charge, Running Shot, Hypersonic Speed (option 1) or the Transporter move-and-attack ability. The extra damage is from the static shock generated by rubbing fuzzy things on the floor/against each other before attacking. (See also Balloons and Tribbles Special Object Tokens.)
The starter set is a little weird, though. It's got not-available-elsewhere E figs as follows:
Abbott
Costello
Tim the Enchanter
Bill Cosby (different stats on the starter version)
Tarantula (with pointy chews, baybee!)
In-towel-out-of-a-shower Wolverine.
The new PAC also defines the Fashion Police, Back From The Dead, and Smurf team abilities better than on the little rules insert in the boosters.
...which I still haven't received yet. "Chinese New Year" my butt...
I don't think so. Chuck Norris cannot be contained inside a booster box. He would eat the other three figures and then break out to find beer. Yours, probably.
Man every time something goes wrong they are all just "Chinese New Year". It's not always the answer damn it.
No doubt. I seriously hope that they get all those kinks worked out before the Feb. 2007 release of the next expansion "Powerbomb: Chinese New Year."
And the Towel Wearing Wolverine isn't in the starter. It's a part of the Powerbomb Action Pack "Days of Showers Past". Personally, I'm looking forward to the Herbal Essence-Gasm Sentinel.

What cheese me off is just how uncollectable they've made it for collectors
Masterpiece figures were bad enough, but including 50 pieces of a giant size Lethargic Lad in 50 random boosters is just too much, even if all the pieces are opened then only one person in the world can play Lethargic Lad at a time.
And worse yet his dial is nearly unplayable, only 1 click of life with no powers and his own TA
Lethargic Lad Team Ability
Characters with this team ability take 1 click of unavoidable damage each turn to show how lazy they are. This TA is has the opposite effect of Willpower.
I don't care how comic accurate it is, it's U-N-P-L-A-Y-A-B-L-E!

Has anyone got thier mail-away "Just Sitting Down Quietly In The Kitchen Having A Cup Of Coffee And Reading The Morning Paper Wolverine" yet?
I only just got my buy-it-by-thr-brick promo Spiderman yesterday. (Spiderman wearing a hat).
