I'm pretty sure that was a fantasy card I saw somewhere on tcgplayer.com. That being said, flip-characters would be pretty cool. At the very least, I'd like to see UDE do more with a character's secret identity. Sure we all "ooo" and "ahhh" over Batman and Spider-Man but we forget that they have human identities that are integral parts of the character as a whole.

I had done suggested something a while back:
Superman <> Clark Kent
Version: Mild Manered Reporter
Cost: 1
Atk: 1 DEF: 2
Flight: Yes
Def: Yes
Substitute.
When Superman is substituted into play, you may remove him from the game. If you do, search your deck for a character named Superman with a cost equal to or less than the cost of the character you removed to substitute superman into play, put that character into your front row, and shuffle your arsenal.
You could also, conceivably, have him activate -> return to hand, search for a character named Superman ... so he is still usable without the subbing factor. But I like "turn into Clark, turn back into Superman" mechanic ... plus as more Supermen come out, there will be some better in certain situations than others. [Similar with Spidey, as he's already getting one version with Substitute].
Spidey's evasion helps keep characters around to be able to sub them on later turns. Superman's cosmic mechanic means that a substitute effect like this would be helpful to get rid of characters that have lost their cosmic counter, and replace them with one that has it.
if it is clark kent, shouldn't he just be a 1/2? is flight/range necessary? last I checked average people can't fly or shoot lazers from their eyes.
other than that, and it is a small point i made at that, You definately touched upon an area UDE hasn't explored.
I wasn't sure which representation he should be ... he's used his heat vision as Clark on occaision. It's an issue of whether him having the ability but ussually not using it means he does or doesn't have those things. It would likely come down to a balance conceit ... his abilities would be non combat oriented anyway.
