Speaking of which, Livewire will also Regen. Gets 4. Heals 2.

Riddler to Incap Black King, AV11 on DV18. Gets 10. Gives him a token. I don't see you being able to clear a token off him next turn, but Riddler Ouwwits his CCE, just in case.

Can Riddler Break to Sidestep? 5. Sides to H18

For his Guess Again Trait, Riddler will always choose Even.

4 to Black King, plus a token. Even going fairly cheap with Riddler, still in no KO range.
