I thought the Question inspired Rorschach?

I always thought the Rorshach was supposed to be the question but , since Watchmen ends as it does ... Dc wouldnt let him be used, so Rorshach was created , same goes with Blue beetle and nite owl, Dr. Manhattan and .. whats his face, and so on and so forth.

I thought he was just inspired by the Charlatan Comics' characters like the question.

There were 3, one was hiding, as no one had bothered with it for quite awhile. When Iggy's was closed, I discovered the lost one there as well as the lost one for Marvel (which, altogether, also had three).
And if you look how the response to the questions about them being closed, it's worded in such a way as to imply I was the reason why they were closed.
Anyhow, I think there is a fourth DC one that's now been revived as of yet.
