It's for everyone not just opposing characters, so you opponent will have just a hard time just getting him to you since he won't be able to use power action from the start of the game.
i wanted to start a new thread on leech as his trait very well may have broke the game for good
as if you can get him with in six to the opponents starting area in the first turn the game is over
then
Power Negation Other characters within 6 squares can't be given power actions.
But they can still be given move, range, and close combat actions, as well as close and range combat attacks.
And it effects the player controlling him to, so good luck getting him to your opponents starting area on the first turn.
Hi everydoby! Yes, Juggy is a S-R, like Storm and Phoenix. Tarot has 16Def. No, we haven't more pics. I went to buy some comics and I found people buying GSXM boosters. Who did u get that? I asked to the seller. People in USA can't buy that! "It's a secret, my boy", he said. I was amazed. One of them opened a brick, and a lot of figs. come out from the boosters. That was great. But there were a lot of figs and a lot of people that wanted to see it, so I saw what I could. My friend Red Boss bought a booster, and Magneto was in it. Lucky guy. I phoned Lokheit some time later to told him about that. And now we have this post. I hope u like it. Enjoy it, and thank to Lokhheit for that.

Trait - The First Mutant: Apocalypse's powers and combat values can't be countered, and he can't be the target of Incapacitate. Apocalypse can use Plasticity and Shape Change. Speed - You Appear More Worthy: Once per game, give Apocalypse a power action and choose two characters: an adjacent opposing character not on its starting line and a friendly character on the map with a point value higher than the opposing character but lower than Apocalypse. The first character becomes friendly to Apocalypse and gains the Horsemen of Apocalypse keyword. The second character becomes friendly to the first character's force and is healed of 1 damage Defense - Survival of the Fittest: Apocalypse can use Mastermind and Invulnerability. Damage - Centuries of Scheming: Apocalypse can use Outwit. Apocalypse deals penetrating damage to any characters who have a power countered.

Like "HOLLAND RD (2013)" on Facebook... That's right. I'm killin' people...
If he is within six squares of all characters of your start zone, I would suggest shooting him. Once he is dead, proceed as you normally would. Problem solved.
Let's Play "Whoizzit?"
My Avatar is an as-yet-un-clixed character. If you know who it is, be the first respondant to correctly identify this character I'll send you some free rep!
Still, it is rather insane. I would have given him Stealth and a trait that makes it to where characters, within so many squares, with the X-Men and Brotherhood team abilities cannot use Special Powers or Traits (or outwit against those characters). I don't quite see him having straight Outwit though.
Cable and Deadpool seems like they could be really good, but then again, it seems like they couldn't. Don't like the Gambit rogue sculpt (shrug), Penetrating twice a turn is pretty cool I guess. Stryfe is stryfe, but damn Psylocke is good, I like her a lot.
Leech only stops power actions. The colossal can still attack using a close combat attack or ranged combat attack.
Yeah, I got a little excited on that one, however he will still be very, very nasty for shutting down big point figures, especially since you will more than likely push him to move and then use his outwit as well. Very effective for the cost, however you are correct not quite as nasty as i first thought.
Love that Apocalypse has the Horsemen of Apocalypse keyword so that he can be part of an accurate theme, even if he isn't technically his own Horseman. The "Appear More Worthy" SP also looks like a lot of fun, even though it may not be used much.
