Yes northstar is correct...i picked that because it is funny to me...
I only guessed it was him as he's the only out-of-the-closet homosexual mutant I know of outside of Ultimate X-Men's Piotr, but "Raymonde Belmonde" sounded french, and Northstar is french-canadian, so, it figures it'd be him.
In 1990, Marvel had an advertisment called "Heroes For The 90's", which consisted of 6 new comicbook titles. What were the names of the 6 titles.
I know I can get at least two - New Warriors and Guardians of the Galaxy - because that ad campaign was the reason I ended up checking those books out. As for the rest, let's try:

You mean "to whom would you defer it". Objective case and ending a sentence with a preposition. See me after class.
You always do that when you can't think up an actual answer. Just like when you go hunting, and you can't remember to use a gun or to use a camera and sometimes confuse the two. One time was really horrible at your best friend's wedding. Then trying to convince the court it was an accident. HA!
And I'll say this about that "Heroes for the 90s" ad; there didn't seem to be very much new in it, did there? Two revamps of 70s concepts; the first ever super-hero of Timely Comics; a revamped version of a short-lived 1950s hero; and a super-team whose membership included three 70s creations, one of which was a kid sidekick to the aforementioned granddaddy of Timely Comics. Nothing new under the sun, eh?

Eh.
And now a word from your old friend and bestest buddy.
