This is correct. Roy Harper was the Ward of Oliver Queen, then Mia was also made a ward after seeing through Oliver's disguise. That was in v3 of Green Arrow, in Kevin Smith's run, actually in the Quiver storyline I think.

For my own interest it only for Clix. However since you bring up Unclixed characters I really wish they would make a Zeus or more Olympians. The venue I play is having a mothers day tourney where originally the stips were 500pts but it must consist of mothers and their children. However, that limits things a great amount so now I believe it will be an option with random bonuses to people who choose to build around that

Couple missing ones I noticed:

Brainiac (post-Crisis, Milton Fine/Vril Dox I; BatB non-duo and DC 10th) is the roundabout great great grandfather of Brainiac 5, in that Brainiac 2 is a clone of 1, but 3-5 were all naturally born.

Street Fighter:
Cammy is M. Bison's clone (and at one point lover, but I think most people consider the cloning retcon to have erased that tidbit because otherwise...)
