Q: Can any item other than the Print and Play tokens provided by Wizkids be used to represent the Orange Constructs (glass beads, Glomulus sculpts that have been removed, etc.)?
what a great idea.... why oh why did I give away my extra Larfleezes?
another idea is to cut off heads and torso of extra clix, paint them orange and use those as constructs...that's it I'm using Larfleeze.

whats even funnier is my 19 month old is now starting to run around saying "mine" about everything I want to nickname her Larfleeze but my wife won't have any of that.
HAhaha that's hilarious, tried to rep but can't.
What would really blow you away is if she snuck into your clix box and ran around with Larfleeze saying "mine." Time paradox shift and what not.
MASTERMIND: When this character would be dealt damage, you may instead choose to have all the damage be dealt to a single adjacent friendly character with a point value less than this character’s. Any additional effects of the damage dealt (knock back, penetrating damage, etc.) are applied to the character taking the damage. Damage dealt by this power is not an attack.
ORANGE LACKEYS: Whenever Larfleeze would be dealt damage, you may deal up to 3 of the damage to a single adjacent Orange Construct object and then remove it from the map.
So When someone would mastermind damage to Larfleeze, can he put that damage onto his Lackeys?

But Larfleeze can then transfer that Mystic damage onto the construct right? Same thing with knockback damage?
There is an issue with damage dealt verses damage taken that occurs. I do not have time to look all of this up, and I was just rudely awoken from a nap; so this may not be completely correct, but he can only transfer damage dealt to him, and KB and Mystic are damage that he takes that he is not dealt.

Mystics deals unavoidable damage. So it cannot be transfered. (It use to be damage taken, but it is now unavoidable. Either wording would have the same effect.)
From the Player's Guide:
Quote
When a character using the Mystics team ability takes damage from an attack, the attacker is dealt 1 unavoidable damage. This damage is not an attack.
Knock back damage is just damage dealt so it could be transfered to an Orange Construct object. (Assuming the knock back path ended adjacent to an Orange Construct object.)
From p. 9 of the 2010 Core Rulebook:
Quote
A character’s knock back path can’t continue beyond a square that blocks movement. If it would do so, the character’s knock back path ends in the square before its path would cross into any of these areas, and the character is dealt 1 damage, as shown in Figure 9. This damage dealt is called knock back damage.

lol! I drank too much caffeine on New Years Eve trying to stay up until midnight that it kept me up until 4am. Needless to say, I'm still recuperating from this...

ChiRocker always drinks so much on New Years it takes him at least two days to get over it.
