maybe he's color blind? well seriously, there are people who misidentified the color Teal as light blue...sometimes as green-blue....sometimes dark blue with a little green...etc... in fact I had a debate with my father a long time ago when I had to use "teal" color for my tuxedo in order to match to the date I took for the prom night and she was wearing teal color. My father got me a tux with a cyan sash. I was like oh Dad....not that color, its light blue, not teal. Dad said yes its teal. I was like oh oh noooooo *shaking head*. sigh. that was in 1986.
