I didn't think that most of the deals were that great. And the ones that were, were bought out within a few minutes. The laptop I wanted sold out within 2 minutes. It was 1 of 2 laptop deals and it was about half off. Everything else was a little bit better than amazon prices. I think that the "success" of such things is just people who waited a bit to try to get something a little bit cheaper. Either way I am not crying over missing out on this deal...

I always thought they were more expensive if they had been used, at least if you are dealing with genuine articles from the time that is.

You need to find the good deals with the low mileage on them. For instance CL gets his used from an old grandma. (after he wears her out and dies of a heart attack. At that point he just sneaks it out of the house)

A garage organizing system something like THIS around the garage at 4 and 7 ft.

As money permits I am slowly adding parts to my smart home system. I can already control my Thermostat, 4 lights and front door lock from my phone or computer. Next is either finish the lights or maybe the garage doors.

I also am going to work with my neighbor to build a retaining wall and level out our back yards a bit more.

I also tried to buy the empty lot next to me, but they wanted $30K for it. It is only worth about $15K.
