Lots of vagueness in the write-up. I daresay that Phantom was not double-tapped as far as a kill goes. He seems pretty distinctly alive after the interaction with Major Frost. Doesn't mean Frost is good, just that Skal is the only killer in that part of the write-up.

If I were Walu why would I reveal? Even I know that would be a terrible idea. I legitimately don't remember the other guy's power, but I think he was Skal because that name looks familiar. I don't think they are bad because I don't want them to be mad at me and kill me tonight for revealing most of their secrets.

Have you heard stories from people who have testified against the mafia? I haven't, because they are all 60 feet underwater. I don't really want to say much, they might come after me next.
