Ok, it sounds like the thinking is Bunker’s barrier goes when he does. That makes it pointless to have Xavier mc him for that purpose. He’ll simply attack him directly, koing him.
Cable can port to H15, as planned, but attacks Solstice. Needs 8, rolls 5. Pcs it to 7. Destiny can’t help.
Via Cable, Xavier outwits Solstice’s pc.
Old trick, still useful. Enter Vanisher, old school guy. He just phases to K12 to block Bunker.
Map changes:
Remove token in J11 (my Black Widow ID card).
Remove token in K12 and barrier around him (Bunker).
"Teleporters. They're so annoying," Copycat grumbled.
"What? You don't like a challenge?" Nightcrawler asked.
"Not really," Bumblebee said. "I don't suppose you'd just stand there and let me shoot you?" But she faked them out and changed her target to Vanisher at the last moment. "That's the thing with teleporters. Never telegraph your attack."
She tries to mc Copycat. Sc is 4. Needs 6, rolls 7. She moves to P10.
Xavier outwits Solstice’s pc via Nightcrawler.
Cable ports to K10, attacking Songbird, for lack of a better pick. Needs 7, rolls 6. Pcs it to 12. That’s 4 to her.
Replacement is Synch. He gets outwit from Xavier and Fabian makes his damage 4. Jean tks him to K14. He free moves to L13. Needs 6 to hit Robin, rolls 8. 2 to both. Synch outwits Robin’s Indom.
"Like myself, you are a man out of time. Unlike myself, you have no control over your destiny," Kang said, shooting at Cable.
Cable deflected Kang's shot with a telekinetice shield so that the energy blast hit Robin instead. "I don't know. I think my control is pretty darn good."
"I will wear you down, Cable. No one can stand up to the weapons of Kang the Conqueror forever."
Kang unleashed a powerful blast that forced Cable to put all his telekinetic shielding into blocking it, leaving him vulnerable to an attack from Nightwing.
"Or you could just, you know, hit him on the head with a stick," Nightwing said.
