BTW, i thought up some weirdness for fun:

Team Abilities:

SeeD: Stealth or Wildcard ability.
Gullwings: Wildcard
Avalanche: Free move action
Shinra: Mystics? Uh.. open to suggestions.

Dragoon: 1. Give this character a jump action, this character may then make a close combat action for free ( using the character's speed value as it's range for the attack.); Upon giving this character a jump action, roll one six-sided die, on the result of 1 or 2 the action is delayed for one turn. (Note: if the action is delayed one turn, the character will still perform the Jump action, but is removed from play [place a token in it's place] and returns to play the next turn attacking target square.)

Character using the "Jump" action does not need a clear line of fire to target in outdoor maps.


Powers:

(On Speed) Doublecast: Give this character a Power action, it may then make 2 free ranged combat attacks.

(On Attack) Ultima: This character may make a ranged combat attack, upon success, roll one six-sided die, deal damage to target equal to this result.

(On Defense) Evasion: This character gets +2 to it's defense value on close combat attacks and actions.


(On Defense) Haste: This character may make a close or ranged combat attack (halve its range for a ranged attack). Upon success of attack, all friendly figures successfully hit get an action token removed from them.
This power obeys all regular LOS rules.

(On Damage) Cure: 1. Give this character a ranged combat action. Upon success of attack, target friendly figure gets 1 click of healing; or 2. Give this character a close combat action, all friendly figures successfully hit by this attack gain 1 click of healing.

Again Sorry to correct you your highness Kefka but I see that the Red Wings are comanded by Zidane which wouldnt make much sence since I was Captain of the Red Wings a couple of years ago ( FF2) or atleast i was after Cecil was kicked out so I think i should be in command of the Red Wings... But if i do that then I think i wouldnt be able to be in the Death Squad right?
