But that's the run Because we know that sometimes he don't beat clearly even if he's town just so he doesnt get into the situation of HAVING TO say clearly when he's mafia. And really, because of that we are free to believe him or not. I don't know why people get so hung up on this. We always waste days in these debates. For me, he's claimed Yorick. Through game play it will either be proven to be true or not. Same as everyone else.
Or it could be considered me not abusing the trait. Plenty of times I'm Town and will still do the same. In fact, it was you who said you allow me that trait so long as I don't bust it out every game and, in return, you try not to abuse it. Apparently only when it's convenient for you.
Yorrick is obviously here, both by your own admission of your role interaction and his appearance in the Nite write-up. There have been no janitorings. Care to explain that evidence?
If I ever see a time where you are lynched as Town for not claiming, maybe I'll let up. But I can't remember ever seeing it.
I see a lot of people pointing to the - large - writeup to cement claims. This game obviously has a story that kontrol wants to tell. Who are we as players to say Yorick has to be here just because he's in the writeup? If I was wanting to do a Y story in Mafia form, it would not be out of the realm to make Y an NPC so there's danger in the story getting screwed. Mods do it all the time.
"Why would the possibility of me being wrong ever stop me from doing something?"
Ever occur to people I'm protecting another Town member? (Not KJ - his name was from scavenging) and some of this large power comes from the Ampersand / Yorrick team-up?
"Nobody important? That's amazing. You know, in 900 years of traveling time and space I've never met someone who wasn't important."

Then Rokk has an advantage on you he doesn't have on me. He *hasn't* claimed Yorick. He's hinted. That is different. Yes, we go through this often, but that's because the quirk itself gives him an advantage that must be buttressed at times.
I will never force Rokk to claim at the start of every game, because that would ruin the game for me. But I also won't ignore red flags that go up

You're abusing my self-policing, DF. You know it. That's ok. That's part of the game but it's not changing how I play (and you may not recall but doesn't mean I haven't refused to claim as Town; not like we've been in every game together nor did I have to get lynched to still show as Town as the role I hinted but wouldn't outright claim. How about Endgames or NK's? Conveniently forgetting those.)

Then how about the flag of multiple people saying their roles address the Yorrick factour?
You want to waste on this be my guest.

No, I'm not.

He doesn't have an advantage over me. I believe him as much as I believe anyone who claims. How much I believe them depends on a bunch of other things. You're assuming I automatically put him in the clear column whenever he hints or claims. Heck, he actually has more pull over you and others because if he flat out claims he's golden. I used to do that. I've decided not to anymore. He's treated like everyone else.

Except we know I'm not Golden because sometimes I do have to put twists in outright claims which means people look for those. The only thing it does is mean I'm connected to that role in some name variation so saying I'm, Lion King, if I'm outright claiming Tron means you're looking the wrong direction.
