STEP YA GAME UP
I will let any player borrow any figure I have for tommorow's Robot tournament at Kools. I will even build a junk shot winning team for you. Reference Quite Storm the last two weeks.
Nimrod
Brainiac
Doombot - LE
Sentinel... They are all available.
All you have to do is sing Domo Oregato Mr. Roboto at the Funhog tonight. Tiebreakers go to who can do the Robot dance the best.
Hey Lucky, we have another dreamblade convert, Ben said he was going to go pick up some figs today, we might play a game tonight or saturday.
I should be at kools Saturday as well so maybe I can stop by and pick up those dvds?
As for HC, new guy night is I believe oct 21 at kools? I hope I can make it, really want an iron man, but we might be haveing a garage sale that weekend ...
Oh an shall I assume everyone has seen Marvels superman? the V does have a consistant attack value
I don't want to play a game of chess where dumb luck or money decides whether or not I get to use a rook... Collectibility is a necessary evil of Heroclix, not a boon.
Im back! can it be true? not only the return of the infamous Team Vegas to Dreamland... But rumors of the fabled return of Sleazy to Kools??? Can the prophecy be true? Or will he drink too much and oversleep as foretold in the Sacred Tome Of Funhog? I will Pulse wave your Herbies! Keep your Herbies to yourself! We will see the Deut of a new fig this Saturday at Kools! Be there for the Unveiling of your new hated figure!Bwahahaha!!! Predict that BLOOD will be drawn when Symboite is the prize! See all my regulars on Saturday! Loyal till the end ( or at least until they make a Bill Foster Click with a hole in his chest for Sleazy's team)!
This has gotta be one of the funniest post ever on this thread!!
See you guys on Saturday. My OSU Buckeyes (The #1 Team in the Land) are playing a late game so there won't be any time constraints. Plus, I miss you mofos. I think my game is kinda rusty too.

That's great except I don't think they have it in the book! Looking at my figs though it's either that or run Herbie, Robot, Fixer, and brain!
Brainiac was disassembled and turned into a toaster oven after his last Nova Blast Failure! BAD ROBOT! BAD ROBOT!
(even had enough parts left over to make a bed pan out of his skull)
About borrowing for the 'Bots tourney, if anyone wants to borrow, let me know. I don't have the LE Doom, or AW War Machine E, Titanium Man EV, Iron Man EV, or Ultron E, but I have most everything else. If you don't want to tip your hand too much, PM me instead of posting here and I will bring the requested scrap metal tomorrow (unless you unearth my choice(s)).

It will be nice to get back to the Dreamland way of doing things (Captain's chest puffs up with pride) where points are tallied to rank the winners (even tho I don't get up to the top, I prefer the method). The other method practiced at Kools with the number of wins and table seating is way too quirky for me (and apparently for everyone else as well).
First of all, "old" Eric went into the final round 2-0, finished 3-0 and was declared third place finisher? So, instead of 2-0 "old" Eric pairing with 2-0 "old" Jeff for top dog going into the final round, I go in against "old" Jeff with a 1-1 record, my Kang finally gets killed off just prior to the closing bell, I end up 1-2 by virtue of playing at the head table and get declared second for the day? How does that happen? I tip my hat (once again) to "old" Eric and humbly accept third (albeit a weak third). Finally, to end the day, my third place choice of prizes got snaked by someone else playing at the lower end table, coming out 2-1 - another misunderstanding of the table ranking aspect of the Kools method. Gawd! As if putting up with the Horror Clix kids at the venue wasn't bad enough . . .
Thankfully, we return to the land of milk and honey this Thursday evening.
And, finally, even though you probably aren't registered here, welcome to "new" Eric from Texas.

FYI to all Team Vegas Members:
The Return Tournament at Dreamland Hobbies will be held on Oct. 19th at our normal time of 5:30pm. I talked with John (the owner) and he will be out of town for the first two thursdays of October. Prize Support will begin for the November tournaments.
The tournamnet will be 500pts unrestricted, BFCs allowed, Highlander Rule in effect, nothing banned. I highly suggest running HSS. We all know a certain member of Team Vegas, *cough*Bad6423, gets excited in his pants when he sees a chance to run the Bikini Stallion.
Ignore what the main WizKids site lists for the tournamnets. I have to go in there and reschedule, and the site is down right now. Will let you know when it is correct.
...Just walking in the front door puts a smile on my face...
I know most of you guys are comic book nerds and hate sports, but you really need to start expanding your horizons. Then you get to have fun like the following...
Bears 37 - Seahawks 6
Just wanted everyone to know that Timmy Free's team won Sunday. E-Sleazy's team also won Sunday. My team didn't lose (we had a bye ), and Bad's team covered the spread. That brings us to Bubblehead...
In the immortal words of Randal Graves, "37!"
Dave you cannot post in this thread anymore until Timmy Free gets his gloating post. Captain's orders.
...Oh my my, Oh Hell Yes, You got to put on that party dress...
A Big Team Vegas Welcome to our extended brother out in Philly, Ro-gan.
For those who don't know, this is Luke. A convention junky, who is spending Thanksgiving with your Captain in Dallas for the Bucs Cowboys game! Some of you guys may remember him from WWLA this year. The guy who almost got a junk shot from Snow White and Little Red Ridding Hood.
I apologize for not including you in the football post. The Cowboys also won this weekend, spoiling Vince Young's first NFL start, by blowing out the Titans. FYI, Albert Hainsworth got 5 games for stepping on your Center.
How 'Bout Them Cowboys!
And how 'bout the Seattle style whoopin' Green Bay got tonight!
...It's poety in motion. She turned her tender eyes to me...

I am so pumped for this game and tailgate party. A pre and post-game tailgate party with full Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. This day can't get here soon enough for me!!

I looked for them at WWE, but didn't see them. IIRC, it was Snow White who said she was from Philly. I still can't believe they punked out of giving me a junk shot. Getting one from them would have made my day. They were hot!

Didn't he also get fined $500,000.00?!? I still can't believe he did that. I thought it was okay stepping on Gurode when he had his helmet on, but to do it again after he knocked his helmet off was just wrong.

Carp In A Hat! I hate it anytime Philly wins. The loathing I feel for that team is beyond all levels.
To think, years ago in the 90's, they were so desperate for ratings and more public attention that they created a rivalry with Dallas that never existed prior to this.
Dallas's only rival was and is the Redkins. And, to some degree, the Steelers from all the Super Bowls they competed against each other in back in the 70's.
