But... the Orange Constructs don't have special proponents and they don't have any effects. On their own (if there was some way for them to exist without Larfleeze being on the board), they are just non-light, non-heavy object tokens that can't be picked up. They have no special powers that would be blanked once they are picked up.
Consider: if Larfleeze's trait replaced "Orange Constructs" with "light objects", would he no longer be able to attack through standard light objects once they have been picked up, because they aren't continual? No, because they never had any special abilities to begin with. It's Larfleeze's ability that allows HIM to reach through them and attack someone.
It's like when Aquaman uses his regeneration that only works in water. The water terrain isn't actually doing anything. It's all Aquaman's power. The water is just a condition he need to meet in order to activate his power.
This is just how it is until we get further clarification.

They are objects with special rules, unless a objects says Continual its special rules do not activate.
Would be nice to get a ruling on this though.

This would be correct or, at least, how I would rule it. The Constructs are not contiunal, so if they were some how carried, their various special propreties would cease to function.
... and for those of you now say "Why didn't you say anything about this in the other thread?" the simple answer is "I didn't see that one, single post in the sea of other posts." We're not omniscient, you know. If it struck someone as off in the other thread, the smart thing would have been to discuss it in more detail there rather than wait to bring it up here.
Do the orange constructs have to be moved the same number of squares as Larfleeze?
95% of the time this won't be an issue if a construct needs to move less as they can take the long way around or go back and forth a square to burn off unneeded movement, but there are cases where they would have to move one square less to reach a specific square.
The simplest example is if a construct is stuck at the end of a linear row of 3 squares (blocked off through various terrain) and he wants to get to the middle square. The only way to get there is if Larfleeze moves an odd number, and to reach the far end Larfleeze must move an even number.

This is a very good question. You can always move in a triangle to turn an even amount into an odd amount.
"you may move any or all Orange Construct objects an equal amount..."
It does not say "up to an equal amount". I would like to see a ruling, but I would say you have to finagle the distance.
Currently, if you outwit Larfleeze's damage SP, all of the constructs go away.
Holy Cow, this is huge. We have been playing that he just can not create new constructs.
Don’t care about what other people think of you. There will always be those people who want to see you fail because they can’t succeed.

Keep in mind that's a huge outstanding question. The rules support what ChiRocker indicated (which is why it's marked the way it is), but the expectation is that the ruling will go the other way.

It has to do with a rule that states that if a power is outwitted, everything brought into the game by that power goes away. This is for things like Smoke Cloud, Barrier, Trigon's Doppelganger and a few others. We, as a community, think the designers did not intend this, but as the rules are currently written, this is how it should be played. We hope it changes, but it is still under deliberation.
Most likely, there will be an "Objects" clause. Powers like Rampaging Hulk's power come into question along with light objects brought in through Rip It Up.

Rip It Up shouldn't be at issue since the clause only applies to powers and or combat abilities being countered or lost. Not feats.
Well I searched for an answer to my question and couldn't find it so here goes:
By using the "Sargon switch" with one of Larfleeze's constructs so that a character is carrying an orange contruct, and there is now only one other orange construct "on the map", can Larfleeze use just a free action to activate Summon the Orange Lantern Corp power to create a new construct?
Keeping in mind that the carried construct is in the game but now off the map.

I don't imagine he could. The object is still around and should still be countable by his power.

It's around, yes, but is it just "in the game" or is it still "on the map"? I can't find a copy of the full rulebook or the terms glossary. An object cannot be targeted or affected if it is carried but I can't recall if the wording said it's "removed from the map"

This is actually a very good question. I await an answer as well.
The issue of it being off the map has come up with the "can Larfleeze attack/poison through a carried object" was never conclusive, so the judges went with "the objects are not continual... that is the best we can do". This question might help them to make a decision on the issue.
