are you crazy, vision help me beat glock and titans...attack, cover fire, pay 1..negate it, ect...samething with ttgo...you must be kidding if you think vision is crap
I honestly never considered the card like that. But would Titans just not shoot it outside of combat or TTG into your other character ? And Glock would likely save the Cover Fire when another character attacks ? And if it is your only character then you are most likely losing vs both already.

not if you been stunning all there characters all the time

It is a moot point.
Vs Glock you will most likely have another character besides Vision: it rarely attacks back so if you missed drops the Glock player will sit on a comfortable amount of END in the 6th turn and then you might as well give up with Avengers.
Glock will most likely will have more than one character with all their defensive tricks going into 6, or otherwise any 6 drop would seal the deal. So most likely they can use the Cover Fire in another combat when Vision is not attacking or defending. They lose a whooping 2 defense if you stun a character first with Vision.
If they can't put the Cover Fire to better use than the whole ability of it is irrelevant as you were already winning or losing and Vision would not change that.
And honestly I would rather have them not have that irritating Malvolio through Wonderman than push damage through Vision. Hell the opponent would most likely just reinforce if nothing else. And it is only a good scenario if you have the initiative on 6.
Permenant 10/13 character on turn 1... who also can't be targeted by the opponent and draws you cards each time they play from the resource row.
Yes, Yes, I know ... but still, anything that can facilitate that deserves SOME respect.
If Manhunters ever get a solid 4-Drop Substitute of their own ... well he/she (and they) might actually see a little bit of play, at least at lower levels, simply due to what Sleeper Agent can do to 4-Drop Substitutes.
