I thought it was a no-no to post advertisements:

I've seen other threads get shut down by posts like:

www.acme.com sells heroclix cases for only $9,999.99.

What gives? Is this just paid advertisement disguised as an article?

This is not a "paid" advertisement. Being a member of HC Realms since I started playing clix two and a half years ago, I thought it would cool to create a special offer for the Realm Worx community.

I am sorry you feel this offer is out of place. It is however approved of by the creators of Realmworx because they also wanted to offer their members something special and agreed that these fit that goal.

I've got no beef with you or your product. (in fact it looks pretty cool) I'm just trying to understand the rules on what you can and can not post.

Nice product ... WAY too expensive. I saw you guys at either Origins or GenCon and was hooked until I saw your price. If you want to compete with the fishing tackle box storage idea, then you'll have to lower your prices. You can pick one of those up for less than $5 more often than not.

I ordered a bunch - they are more expensive than fishing tackle boxes, but I haven't found a decent way to store Mechwarrior in fishing tackle boxes (many units have been damaged in storage that way). I've had HeroClix get damaged in tackle boxes too. I plan to keep my uniques and LEs in a Mage Cage, but for the REVs, tackle boxes (of which I already have a ton) will be good enough.

That's what stopped me. I have a lot of homemade figs that I would like to keep protected and got real excited by this but I have a LOT more than 20 and $12+ for 1/12 the cage, stopped me cold.

We definately understand the concern. We originally wanted to sell the units at the same price as one HC Booster but the complexity of the mold to make these units do all that they do knocked that plan out. The Mage Cage is still cheaper than any product piece for piece that targets the market specifically.

We also just started a promotion that will allow our customers to lowere their avg cost per unit by buying from their local retailers first. The details for that can be found on our website.

We appreciate all your comments on the product and we will definately strive to continually offer the best price / product we can to those who do choose to use the Mage Cage.

Sorry, The shipment is still having issues at the dock. This is totally out our control as paperwork in transit and congestion at the shipper has caused the problems. Thanks for the warning Zeppelined. I've been wanting to try these out, but the high price and now the problems with shipping along have swayed me to stay away.

I love Mind Solutions although, they may fire there shipping crew after this post. First of all. my shipping was free. Secondly, I ordered two of the Mage Cage's and in the section where you type in the note what color you want, I specified I want color 5 shadow red. They shipped me five mage cages in that color. lol. It's like they paid me to use there product.
