Batgirl saw Batman's mini-Batmask go flying when Cheshire landed her kick to his mid-section. It took only a couple moments for the effects of Cheshire's poison to make Batman start coughing. Batgirl knew she had to act quickly if she -- and Batman -- were to avoid being hurt by the venom exuded by the Asian woman. Cheshire's attack had left Batgirl a small opening, and Batgirl stepped in, one hand holding the mask to her face, the other hand delivering an expert ninpo chop to Cheshire's neck. In spite of the unanticipated attack, Cheshire still was able to roll with the blow. At least, Batgirl noticed with relief, the vapors exuded by the Asian woman had ceased.

Robin taunted the Penguin, "Was that supposed to hit me?" Robin knew Batman would not approve of such verbal provocation, so he let his actions speak instead. He whirled a batarang at the avian opponent. It struck the Penguin solidly in his left arm so that the villain recoiled and hissed at the Boy Wonder.

Batman registered the successes of his proteges with a grim grin.

Black Canary was about to give the weakened security guard an earful of pain she would not soon forget when she caught Spoiler out of the corner of her eye. The young and perhaps-too-eager crimefighter seemed to have recovered from her early blunder and bore down quickly on the guard. With a quick left jab, she dealt the guard a punch to the jaw and knocked her out. Spoiler's fists remained clenched for a couple moments, as if she were thinking of another event...

Black Canary turned her attention to the interior of the warehouse and wondered how they could best approach the concealed assassin.

Batman watched as the young Asian woman was transported once again by the villain wearing the technological equipment. The Dark Knight was actually more interested in the nature of this equipment and was impatient to investigate it more closely. He timed his attack with Cheshire's adjustment to the ground. As lithe as she was, she could not avoid his solid roundhouse that sent her into lullaby land.

Batgirl was again impressed with her mentor's prowess, and turned to watch the powered suit in front of her.

I've given Batman 6 IAPs, but that might be incorrect. Cheshire had only 3 clicks left. With those 3, plus the 2 IAPs for the KO, would Batman earn 5 or 6 IAPs?

Gah i screwed up... the Security guards are supposed to be V guards not R guards. If you'll notice in the first post they are V guards... then when I switched them for the recap i just put R for everybody.

I don't know what you want to do with that... the V guards have 5 clicks of life. And yeah you only get 5 IAP for it since he only had 3 clicks to actually damage.

Actually if it's fine with you (let me know if it isn't) I'd like to let that guard stay Koed but let the the non KOED one return to it's veteran status.

Abe tapped into the components of his battlesuit and used it to let loose an extra powerful charge at batman, it fried some of his systems but it knocked the batman backwords towards one of the guards who was able to litterally kick him while he was down.

Okay, we'll just transform Martha into a V Lexcorp Security. No prob.
Batman's getting hit hard here!

Batman practically watched intently as the operator of the powered battlesuit blasted him from a few meters away. The Dark Knight expertly rolled with the blast and slid under a heavy workbench behind him. "That certainly wasn't the sort of technology Penguin usually employs." His detective thoughts were interrupted by a painful blow from behind him, as the remaining security guard struck Batman a sharp blow. "I have to be more careful here; a couple more of those and..." Batman let actions finish his thoughts for him. He lashed out with his leg at the guard, landing a solid kick. The guard went sprawling backwards into the wall behind her and slumped to the floor, unconscious.

Robin took stock of the situation and decided it would be be wise to spread out the hurting. That way, the villains would all be weakened and pose less of a threat. Unfortunately, his trusty batarang flew wide of its mark. Penguin cackled, "What's become of the Boy Wonder these days? Haha!"

Spoiler had gained some confidence. "Let's see if there are any clues as to what they were talking about inthose offices. We have to get to the bottom of those police officers' deaths." She leapt into the warehouse, jumped deftly over a workbench and ducked into the administrative area before Lady Shiva could draw a bead.

Batgirl kept her eye on the battlesuit operators and knew she could handle them. She threw a batarang and severed several cables in its elbow area. The suit's arm hung useless by its side.

Robin cursed under his breath, "That's what I get for being cocky..." He bit his lower lip and readied his batarang. Before he could throw it, however, he heard his mentor's deep voice, "Take out the Penguin," and the >whoosh< of an expertly thrown weapon cut the air. It struck the Penguin before he could raise his umbrella as a shield and the villain hit the ground, unconscious.

Robin shifted his attention to the guy in the battlesuit who had been hounding Batgirl. The Boy Wonder turned and bounded into the warehouse, staying under cover.
