Right. Upon the fourth attack, all values become set and stop moving... Critical Hits are the only way to further cause damage.

Keep in mind, the damage is all dealt at the end of the attack.

Of course if the target ICwOed his Defense Value then he'd only get a total of +2 Defense from the HSS attack thanks to the Rule of 3.
