If they do that, they are sitting ducks for 2 turns (the push turn, then the clear turn). If you can't smoke Deadpool during that time, I think you need more help than a re-writting of the Regeneration rules.

If they run a good 12 squares away from their last position, and their last position was 4 squares away from you, and you're using a mid-dial Cain Marko. Then yeah, it is a little hard to smoke him. And yeah, he does get an awful lot of time to do what he needs to do. For one, he can do his regening, then have his flier keep running with him.....
It's just as nasty as running away with a flyer carrying the medic too. And quite aggravating.

Like I said, you need more help than a re-write of the Regen rules. What you *do* need is a ranged attacker or a fast tie-up piece that will force the flier, not the Regen figure, to break away.
In this instance, you need to just sit Cain somewhere and make *them* come to you. Cain is 155 points of pain, while the 'pool-man is only 85 (at best). So unless he's got a 70+ point figure carting Wade around, you have the point advantage. If you really want to chase them down, that just ain't going to happen with Cain, and re-writing the Regeneration rules isn't going to make Cain any faster.
Or here's another one. With Mystique, the Skrulls, and the Chameleon in mind. An "in Disguise" power that states that no opponent can attack against this character first when they are using this power. In other words, in this example, Mystique or the Chameleon would have to attack first before they could be attacked (i.e. they've given their secret up!). The counter for this is opponents with Outwit and of course, Pulse Wave. It would not work against opponents with Outwit and be subject to Pulse Wave.
