Hm... I hadn't ever thought about using Nanobots with Xavier... Support him with 3 Misty Knights, each one carries an object and stays next to Xavier. When they get Masterminded to, they magically drop life pellets for their master... Or in an emergency, they can push to death for the same. Hm... Or put all three objects in front of your TKer, who can throw them to Xavier as needed, and just use regular MM fodder. Hm... Of course, it's not like he isn't ridiculously easy to heal with a medic anyway, heh, unless they're basing him. Which, for everyone except Double-Timers and Jay Garrick, is not all that easy to do.
i like that idea, but if you took out 2 of the misty knights you could put in Rip it Up, light object every turn to heal the prof

Don't forget to add Rip It Up to get more objects to use!
Of course, making sure that Xavier is the only one adjacent to said object could get tricky...

I think I'd just rather use Exp Karma for 46 pts and no big target on her head, and have the extra 43pts to field a real menace.
That said, I would bring the prof to a high pt value game when I could really use the 3 targets to good effect, I'd have no problem dropping him to his last click from MC damage, because that's all he's good for. Just keep some support and fodder around, and don't make him the centerpiece for your team, and he should do OK.
If you can get away with running around and beating people with your Man-Thing, more power to ya. I have a good trader thread too!
He reminds me a lot of Morgan Le Fay, and whenever I played her, all she was good for was to MC 3 people and then sorta just die. I'd like to bring him to a 500-700 pt game, but fielding him in a 300 pt game seems to be more of a challenge. I really like him, but I'm not sure I'd be able to keep myself from just MCing 3 people and seeing what happens.
I could be completely wrong. It wouldn't be the first time.
