The act does not require a hit roll, there simply must be damage done (in any means 'natural'; a hit, pushing NOT Mystics ta) before someone can be tagged and therefore out of the game. Cool?
"I fear it is as Nabu said," Zatanna said. "Everything I've heard and seen indicates that the dimensional barriers are collapsing. We're essentially colliding with another universe. And it seems that a group of mystical beings from that dimension has crossed over to ours. Or perhaps we've crossed over to theirs. It's difficult to say. The line is blurring. But either way, their presence is disrupting our universe. We need to remove them. It's the only way to restabilize the barriers." They stood outside a house where they had determined that for some reason the disruption was centered.
"Thank you Zatanna," Dr. Fate said, "I appreciate your verifying it. And thank you for agree to join us, Jason." The third figure, with the white streak in his hair nodded in acknowledgement. "Nabu says he has a spell to dispel the intruders, which I can teach you in just a moment's time, but unfortunately, it won't work if they're all at full power. We will need to attack them first to weaken them a bit."
"That's not going to be easy," Jason Blood frowned. "Zatanna and I counted six others, and at least one is immensely powerful. And there's only the three of us." Fate nodded.
"Not quite," a new voice interrupted.
"Enchantress," Zatanna identified the newcomer. The Enchantress touched down on the ground not far from where the other three stood. Two other women and a...something...were with her.
"I knew that Fate's noble-mindedness would limit him in his search for allies to those of a similar mindset. But when the fate, excuse the pun, of the entire dimension is at stake, you've got to learn to think out of the box." Enchantress nodded at her three companions, Jinx, Circe, and the insectoid Anton Arcane.
"If our very existence is at stake," Arcane hissed through his misshapen mouth, "do you not think we would willingly set aside past differences and declare a truce long enough to defeat the threat?"
"Talk about strange bedfellows," Circe said, eyeing Arcane with a bit of disdain. "But he's right. We may be more self-interested than your precious Justice Society, but that same self-interest will ensure that we wish to keep our hides - such as they are - intact."
"So what do you say, Fate?" Jinx asked.
Dr. Fate hesitated for a moment, as if conducting an internal dialogue, which indeed he very well may have been, and then nodded. "Very well. A truce. And June," he said to the Enchantress, "thank you. Your 'out of the box' thinking may save the universe tonight. Now, here is what we need to do to dispel the intruders..."
The doorbell rings, "Trick or treat." A boy in a Spider-Man costume eagerly awaits candy.
The Scarlet Witch answers the door at Stephen Strange's home and offers candy to the children.
"Wow, you're dressed up like the Scarlet Witch. Cool!".
Lorelei pops her head in and turns her wiles upon the boy. "Yes, she is. And I'm a true Asgardian mage. Now do as I say and keep away anyone from this house. you are a true superhero and ladies such as we need protecting."
"You betcha!" he says controlled by her feminine power as he walks away.
Lorelei looks at the disapproving Scarlet Witch. "Do not worry, Wanda, the spell will disappear after an hour...or two.. long enough for us to determine our dilemna."
Shaman examines the remnants of Eloskodo that attached itself to Dr. Strange. "Interesting....so this dimensional visitor attached itself to you and attracts magical beings. Turning them aggressive. He folds dimensions in the process."
"Yes," Strange replies, "I had faced it in Clea's reality and it followed me here. I have taken measures to secure her world but I fear it has come to me to destroy mine."
"It seeks mystic might and uses it to destroy. I would admire it save that it affects me and my world," the dread Dormammu replies.
"Stephen...I don't enjoy working with ...creatures...such as Dormammu. It only feels like we're welcoming a greater evil,' the Scarlet Witch says and responding before Strange can reply, "But...I have done as you asked. We've contained the dimensional folding as best we could. Now Eloskodo only affects this dimension and one other."
Baron Mordo interrupts, "Yes. And I too have done my part, Strange, you've asked me to monitor if any other mages were sensitive to this influence across this other affected dimension. Yes. Seven beings have gone to the astral plane in defense of their perceived assualt. All mystical in nature. All superhumanly powerful. Some with immense power. They are waiting for a fight. We...must...provide them with one."
Strange sighs at the bloodthirsty villain, "Yes. It must be done to end Eloskodo's threat."
The six beings lock hands and their spirits leave them to go to the Astral plane.
Just checking - M15 really where you meant to place that object? Just seems like an odd place to put it, what with there being something there already on the map.

"Enalp lartsa eht ot su tropsnart!" Zatanna chanted and magic crackled around the mystics. The house appeared to remain, but somehow everything seemed to shift a bit, becoming slightly less solid. Or perhaps it was they who changed.
"They are just on the other side," Dr. Fate intoned.
"So what are we waiting for?" Jinx asked. "Let us attack."
"No, not yet," Jason Blood held up his hand. "Let's take control of the house. We'll be better able to defend ourselves in there."
"Good idea," the Enchantress agreed. While the others slipped in the front door (or straight through the wall) and into the dining room, Enchantress slipped in the other direction, making sure the others didn't flank them from the other side.
The six mages arrived together in the astral plane.
"Amazing," Michael Twoyoungmen notes, "Every time my senses are overwhlemed in this existence."
"It is ...unique," Strange replies.
"It is the mighty Asgard on hallucinigens," Lorelei added. And Wanda couldn't help but feel there was something to that thought.
"The seven have entered, Strange, and are nearby," Baron Mordo reports, "They are here to save their world ...or some such nonsense. They mean..." he says with a lowering voice, "To take us out."
"Then it will be a test of magicks," Dr. Strange answers.
