The Steaming Knuckle was confused, especially upon seeing himself across the battlefield... he turned toward the mage who had run away, obviously an infiltrator who had tried to escape. Flinging himself into combat with a wild handspring and following up with a pair of very potent punches, leaving Vlad stunned and hurting.

Steaming Knuckle (Mine, don't worry) rolls a 1 on confusion roll (Are these things rigged? Man!), starts to charge with the intent of attacking the Golden Sentinel, shape change roll is a 2, so the attack is fair. Charges to U-22 and attacks, needs 4 or better, gets 6, so Vlad takes 3 clicks.

A quick clarification of rules, if we roll odds do we HAVE to attack a teammate if possible?

No, you do not HAVE to attack a teammate. Not that Kane didn't, and Vlad didn't. However, it could easily derail what is normally easy cooperation. Also, you could just as easily attack your own doplenganger if they're a valid target.

Err, NOTE that Kane didn't and Vlad didn't... blasted lack of edit...

Scenario roll is: 5. Well, that is troubling.

Story: On stepping out of the ‘copter, a time period seemed to have been skipped. A quick readjustment of the internal clock was in order as it appeared to have gone awry. Before him, large meeting was seen. Opponents and allies glared at each other across the lake.

Heru became confused, I appeared that something had gone horribly wrong. Visions of fire and swirling chaos flashed before his eyes, he could almost remember a similar instance. The image was gone almost before it fully formed, leaving the robot none the wiser, only more confused.

His allies(opponents?) were scattered across the area. With nothing to base friend or foe on, Heru decided to continue hiding.

Great, just as soon as I think I found out who my friends are, this happens. No time for sympathy or remorse, survival is paramount. Guys, I am sorry, but I refuse to give up now. I have gone too far already.

Drawing the Twins, Heru chambered a round and aimed at the unsuspecting Kane. Rounds zipped through the brush, doing a rather poor job of pruning the foliage. Without an accurate reference as to where precisely the shifty robot was, the rounds went wild and Kane was left unscathed now.

Action: Heru attacks Kane. A 12 attack versus a 18+1 defense. I need a 7 or higher and get a 6(3,3). What is it with Kane and bushes?

*Ahem* I rolled a 2 for my roll. Didn't anyone see that? Anyway...

Story: Timeline turned his back from Vladimir in time to see Gigawatt blast Jezebel and Mindbender. "GIGAWATT!!! What are you doing? Our opponents are on the OTHER side of the lake! Use your sensors! Am I the only one who can tell the difference? ....or am I the only one wrong?"

Story:"ooh ####. this will not end well" brian thought. He didn't know who to attack, who not to attack, or where to run. He saw the Gigawatt robot. He noticed the robot had attacked 2 people who appeared to be his team mates. Brian had entered the battle and noticed Mercy's stomach was injured. To make his move he had to be sure. He shot a glance in Mercy's direction, it was a long shot but maybe ovservation would prove useful. He saw Mercy and noticed she was holding her stomach! it was the real Mercy! Then the robot in front of him MUST have been a copy. Brian was certain of it. "wait...what if I'm wrong? Should i take that chance and destroy him...again?"

"Yes, it would be wise Brian" Brain saw no way to fight the voice...so he talked back. "But what if he is the real gigawatt? "He's not Brian hes a fake, a copy, he attacked your team mates!" the voice was trying to convince him.

"I've made up my mind. Everytime i listen to you i hurt someone innocent! I wont listen anymore!" Brain shouted to himself. "You WILL do as i say!" the voice shouted back,"No!" Brain said. Brain felt himself slipping. He felt sick suddenly, he felt to full. Brian vomited, then follwing the vomit a large red arm came shooting from his mouth. Something was trying to get out. Brain regained himself and the beast disspeared. "What the hell is happening to me?" Brians eyes glowed the demonic red. It was happening again.

The possesed Brian looked toward Gigawatt. Brain could hear himself saying no but he kept on. His arm reached out. His palm spread wide open. Energy started to form in his hand. The ball grew larger and larger. Brain new what was coming. "Feel my power mortals for I am..." The name was cut off by the sound of the blast. It was sent huddling at Gigawatt. "Please miss. Please" Brain said.

The blast hit with deadly accuracy. "No." Brain found himself back in his body. What had he done?
Action: Brian will attack gigawatt. Sadly. Sorry man. 11 av vs. 16 dv needs a 5 to hit, rolls a 6(4+2) hits gigawatt for 5.

Hmmm...or maybe i didnt kill the real gigawatt...maybe it was the other gigawatt...Kane said no one knows...so i could've killed the other one...hmmim confused now...

Story:

The blood was gushing from Vladimir'ss head. It trickled down him temple, and fell from the side of his face in a large droplet.

Vladimir attempted to communicate with his teammates telepathically, " DO NOT ATTACK ANYTHING UNLESS YOU ARE SURE IT IS AN ENEMY!"

Kane lept back into the foliage, then sprung his feet outward, catching the Knuckle in the stomach and knocking the wind out of him.

Sean watched these events, then rushed out to help Kane, though his attack was deflected by the Knuckle, who then turned toward him.

Michael saw Kane rush off so hastily, and it sent him over the edge. He had seen the Mindbender attack Jezebel across the way, obviously that was the Jezebel that was friendly to him... this one needed crushed. Unfortunately, this one also had the quickness that the Jezebel across the lake had shown, and she dodged.

Kane checks how the people seem. Roll is a 5... he teleports off to I-11.

Steaming Knuckle charges to H-10 after rolling a three on his confusion roll (COME ON! I'm getting out new dice...) and attacks Kane. 12 AV vs 18 DV, needs 6 rolls snake eyes. Steaming Knuckle takes a click.

Brisk rolls a 1 and runs to G-11, using option 1 to shoot at the Steaming Knuckle. (Actually to punch him, I guess. Still, needs 8, rolls 3. (That settles it... new dice.)

However, because discombobulous has been so ripped off for this round and the last... Deus Ex Machina to the rescue! Odd that the Gigawatt 'duplicate' acts the same as the original... hmmm... maybe that was a doplenganger! (Discombobulous will now be in charge of the 'evil' Gigawatt)

I'm going to cut my losses here, I don't want to roll more snake eyes while attempting to attack my own figures...
