Starfire wouldn't have LOS to Azrael if you drop Black Lightning at R-18, as that would put him right in the LOF.


If you want to drop him somewhere else so she can Shoot Azrael, I'm fine with keeping your successful attack roll.......Although if I can, I'm going to use PC on it.

And if it isn't successful after the PC, I'll let you rethink the move with Jade as well, since I can see that depends on whether or not Azrael gets hit at all.

Nightwing feels the goop from Clayface splash on his back as the monster appears behind him out of a manhole, hovering menacingly with a hot dog cart in hand.

He tries to formulate a plan even with Jade falling, and comes up with something (hopefully) brilliant. (Leadership, 5, 4 actions this turn)

"Black Lightning! Starfire! Cap Jr.! Focus on the beast, I'll take care of this nuisance."

Following orders Black Lightning RS's to N14 to attempt to Incap Clayface. 8 on 17, needing a big 9. Roll is (2,6) an 8 and a miss.
