I'd have to say it does look like you're using the TA after the dice roll what with your wording. In real life tourneys, you'd have to state it before the dice roll, since we can't do that here, the only way to come close to that would be to state in your dice rolls online. So I'd have to say, it's a miss...but we can ask TMNT to take a look.

This is true, unfortunately, that's a miss. You do need declare the Arch-Enemy before the attack.

As such, if you'd like to not assing it as Controller, you can feel free to change it.

I did.... but as i understood is you can assign it after a dies roll....

if you're referring to the ult xmen TA, nope...you have to declare it before the attack roll in order to gain the +1 for that attack.

Actually no, it's only a DFD if you had been attacking someone else and destiny made you re-roll and miss.

DFD's must always be defending a teammate, not that character.

Oh, and it would be helpful to me mbauers, if you put your stats in your re-cap. I do go through the games to check!
